Their not open for dinner and use to have senior menu. Older people can't eat alot. So we go somewhere else. Ate dinner there alot

First I will say the service was wonderful. Very happy cheerful people. The setting is in a strip mall and the decor was a little bit sterile with no striking decor or anything interesting to look at. We went for breakfast. Since we always look for a new breakfast place, we judge by ordering eggs Benedict and chicken fried steak and eggs. The orange juice was good, the mimosa was good, the fruit and toast were good. But the main entrees were seriously bland. Like no taste at all. Gravy that was probably not made from scratch and hollandaise sauce that had no lemon flavor. Also as sometimes happens I could taste dish water in a bite or two. Why does that happen? Even the eggs were bland no matter how much pepper I added. I was looking forward to some delicious food but unfortunately didn't find that here. Many of the dishes are $20 so also a bit pricey in my opinion.

Ordered chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, seafood omelette, and french toast. Service was a little slow but not too bad. Better food than expected. Everything came out hot. Omelette was really good evej though I'm not a big seafood lover. They give a lot of gravy. French toast wasn't that spectacular by itself but it was great with the salted butter and syrup

Great breakfast service and often quite busy on the weekends. Their friendly service and good sized breakfast portions keep me and friends coming back

Just moved to Mount Vernon. So glad we found this gem in Burlington. Our waitress was Brittany - patient, kind, and informative. Exceptional service. The food was amazing. Best clam chowder! Everything we had was yummy! Found my go to place.

Fun diner with generous portions and excellent service. I went for breakfast and had the little 2 egg breakfast, my eggs were perfectly scrambled with a generous amount of cheese. The potatoes were seasoned well, delightfully crispy and mixed with crunchy peppers and onions. The biscuit was warm and fluffy. Service was phenomenal, fast and friendly and she kept my coffee cup full.

We got seated right away around 1pm on a Sunday. I love that they have cushy booths and their menu has a wide variety without being too overboard. Our server was friendly and properly attentive and the food was really good and as-ordered. We had eggs, hash browns, O'Brien, waffle, mimosa and it was plenty of food in a reasonable amount of time for a busy time.

Closes 3pm before that good food .some menu items not seen everywhere like liver and onions.

I have waited years to come here and unfortunately this will be my last time coming. My family has been excitedly planning to come on a Saturday or Sunday for the prime rib breakfast. It's on the menu as served on Saturday and Sunday all day. I have dietary restrictions but this fit perfectly for me! We ordered two orders of the prime rib breakfast and waited close to 10 minutes before the very nice server came back and asked how we wanted it cooked. 5 minutes later he came out with 2 menus and said it's not available because it's not written on the specials board. How is it a special if it's on the menu? I ended up with a ham and cheese omelette which is what I cook myself every single morning. The food was fine but because my meals have to be planned out, I will not be back because I can't rely on any part of their menu.I should mention we were one of 4 tables so it wasn't super busy.

We love the Curious Chef. Every time we're in the area it is our goto breakfast. Just feels like home, the staff is pleasant and efficient. We have been stopping by for several years and now have moved to area so will likely be more often customers.We love the food. Flavorful and served quickly.
