I had high expectations of this place and I'm sad to say they were not met. We had the prix fixe dinner ($110 per person) and 2 out of the 5 dishes were good with well balanced flavors, the cod and the lamb. The dessert was really a disaster, the cardamom cake was dry and there were other ingredients slapped on the plate that just didn't work. We were asked to hold on to our utensils between dishes with no where to put them on the table. That was a major turnoff for me, service and hygiene wise.Maybe worth coming back in the summer time on the patio and trying the dishes a la carte.

Looking for a unique dinning experience? This is the perfect spot. Nestled in an industrial part of Seattle, you are transported to a whimsical fairytale cottage in the forest. The atmosphere is intimate, filled with charm and beauty. We had the chicken with the delicata squash and glazed ham. We loved it!! The hospitality from the staff was on point. The staff made you feel like you were in their home. I'm recommending this place to all my friends and family! We will definitely be back again!

We went for the Sunday Supper and will definitely be back. Such a beautiful atmosphere. The food was fresh, light, and perfectly balanced. We loved the carafe wine choices and also went with a cocktail at the start of the evening - both we're great classics, very well made.

Gorgeous. Detailed. Professional. I recently reached out to the Corson Building when I was prospecting venues for my birthday celebration. I was impressed by their level of customer service delivered through my email correspondences. Their events team was prompt in responding and went above and beyond to provide me with a detailed document with estimates, setting them apart from the many other venues I reached out to.Their attention to detail and professionalism made my decision-making process a breeze. Although I ultimately did not book with them due to a change in my activity planning, I highly recommend the Corson Building to anyone looking for an event venue. Their commitment to providing exceptional service will not disappoint.

Friend and I had a great dinner here last weekend. Loved the food, ambiance, and wine pairings. My favorite dishes were the scallops and the salad. The best salad I've ever had, I would eat it everyday. The ricotta dumplings were delicious, the lamb a bit too stringy and chewy for me. Also dessert could have been a bit brighter--the date tart was a too dense and one note. I also wished there was a bread basket/service. Overall a great meal. I would love to come back!

We have dined here on several special occasions and alwsys have a fabulous time. The outdoor covered seating works throughout the winter thanks to good heaters, and allows worry-free dining. The food is wonderful and they are accomodating to any dietary needs or nuances tovtheir fixed menus. Services wonderful attentive without being over bearing. It's a special occasion restaurant pricewise, but for the quality of everything you get it is not over priced. Love the Corson!!

Talk about a shift in your mind from the outside to the dining experience. The well-curated space is a treat to walk into. The outdoor seating in the garden seems to be a connection to the richly botanic elements in the dishes. The items on the menu looks thoughtfully designed with a balance of flavors. We ordered smoked black cod with cucumbers, curried lamb meatballs and the grilled hanger steak. We chased that with the feta dip with focaccia bread to make sure there were enough carb in the meal. The mixture of the cucumber and the smoked black cod refreshes the palate ever so lightly to prepare for the more saucier affair. The heavier hitting vegetable that is the cauliflower paired well with the filling curried lamb meatball. The shishito pepper gives it a little kick that is subdued by the curry leaves and toasted coconut.Balance, it seems, continue to be a theme and itself an innovation of an otherwise huskier Middle Eastern cuisine. We left the best to last, with the ever so tender hanger steak that seems to melt in your mouth.Rounding things off, the panna cotta was silky and smooth without too much punches on sweetness, reflecting well on its reputation by some as the best in the city.We had a couple of drinks that were adequate companion for our meal, especially the rioja whose hints of sweetness without sulfide helped to preserve the taste of the meal throughout. We look to return, to try a different menu, and hopefully catch some light.

We went the The Corson Building last night 12/07/2023 and it was simply the best. The food is sourced as locally as possible, and the dishes are meant to be small bites that are shared. The menu is seasonal (and changes weekly), and every bite fantastic. You can tell the kitchen puts a lot of thought into what is going on your plate. My boyfriend and I split the salad, bread service, the lamb ravioli, the hanger steak and two desserts. This plus a drink each, and tip we were able to keep this at $200.00 (which can be really freaking hard to do now a days). We expect to be back many more times. On top of the great food, the staff is super attentive. We were waited on by Teriq, who was fantastic, but you can tell the whole staff was keeping their eyes peeled for empty water glasses, plates that could be taken away, etc etc. So service is 10/10, food was a 10/10, and even more is that the restaurant is stunning!!! The only con is location/parking, but really is not a big deal as everything else was simply divine. Thank you so much The Corson Building!!!!

Firstly, I'd like to thank the Corson Building for making my 17th year anniversary memorable and special. This little spot is quite enchanting. Stepping inside is like being transported to a different world. The entire experience from start to finish gives a quiet luxury feel to an otherwise sketchy area. Your tastebuds will be delighted after a meal here and you won't be able to look at food the same. The service is awesome and feels like you're being served by your peers, rather than someone who's there for a check. Check my long story long for more details on food, location and price. Long story long. . .The food here is top tier. This is not one of those places that gives you two bites of bland room temperature food, that looks pretty, in exchange for a kidney. They are elegantly plating the most flavorful comfort meals you can imagine. We visited on an A La Carte menu evening(Thursday). We ordered the salad of citrus, ricotta dumplings, chicken leg confit and the braised pork shoulder. Salad of citrus was a symphony of flavors and textures dressed with the most flavorful vinaigrette. I've never been so satisfied by a salad in my life. The ricotta dumplings are to die for. If you're going to order anything, please order those. They are swimming in the most luscious lamb ragu. It looks fairly simple, but that first bite of those pillowy dumplings covered in lamb paradise is enough to make you want a hug from the server. The chicken leg confit is exactly as it sounds. Don't get it twisted though. The skin on that chicken is so crispy! The chicken lounges on a variety of vegetables and legumes including leek and lentil. The pairings seem a little daunting at first, but trust the process. There's no shortage of imagination or flavor in any of these dishes. Lastly was the braised pork. If it's on the menu, get it. That's it. No need for words. You'll see exactly what I mean when you try it. We were too full for dessert, but I have no doubt that it's amazing. I highly recommend. 10/10. I'm going to return solely for dessert, but if the ricotta dumplings or the braised pork are on the menu, I can't promise dessert is all I'll have. We also both ordered alcohol drinks and got out for under $150 including tip. The location is in a family oriented neighborhood. There's a huge soccer field across the street that is also adjacent to a mini tent city. The parking out front is small and doesn't accommodate the available capacity of the space. There is parking alongside and behind the venue. You must traverse a dark alleyway if there's no space out front. The entire building is wrapped in protective bars and is very secure. Outdoor seating is isolated from the elements, so you can visit in any season. Service is based on table I think. I assume they read your energy and interact based on personality. The server we had was very low key, only visited in lulled areas of the meal and a wealth of information on anything I had questions for. All in all, they are lacking nowhere.
