The BEST coffee shop! My husband and I have been going here since it opened. Love the ladies there; they know us and our drinks. Sometimes they see us and have them ready before we are even at the window. THAT is excellent customer service. They are the BEST.There is always a line (which is also a sign of an excellent coffee shop) and they are very quick and accurate. You do not have to wait a long time.If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work!

The best coffee in the area by far! So rich in flavor, I tried the decaf latte and it's still so full bodied! The baristas are sweet and welcoming, Wednesday's they have fresh made Belgian waffles and I got one one the house to try, I don't even like waffles but these were AMAZING! My daughter got a strawberry steamer, they made it perfect temperature. I hate steamers because they taste so milky and artificial but this actually tastes good!

This is my favorite drive-through coffee place in the state, definitely try the white chocolate mocha with white coffee. Fantastic service, a great rewards program, and a great location. I go here fairly often and it is always a good experience. Check them out!

I do not go to this stand as often as other stands such a Gravity or BFJ. I cannot apologize for how a barista made me feel by serving other cars she knew before me. I will definitely not be going back to this stand if it was the last stand in business the owner is rude! I leave plenty of 5 star ratings. If service is not up to par why should I be dishonest... I should not. I drove away feeling very sad after my treatment, free coffee would not make it better. The last coffee establishment owned up to their mistake of giving the wrong drink and food. Not my fault. I let my review stand as is, that was my experience and I just learned that I am better off making my coffee at home or going elsewhere where I have good and kind service! Today was a challenging day, I visted 1/06/2021 at around 12:30pm. Came on in and around to the side by the road. Car in front of me. After they left I drove up, asked what I wanted. I indicated, the car on other side changed out to a woman who kept looking my way. I then noticed this woman was handed the clipboard to pay and got her drink before me but arrived at the window after me.. The barista want to say her name was Kea (receipt said this) knew her and perhaps... she drove off and barista came back to verify my drink... man drives up on other window.. barista is solo she has his drink already and addresses him by his name stating she saw him. She hands me my drink and then she gives him his drink. I felt very unimportant today visiting this stand. A guest is a guest regardless of my frequency. Yes I get a regular is wonderful but do not diminish my visit and treat me less. My drink did not even taste that great and my experience was horrible! I drove away wishing I had not come, I felt even worse than I already was. I am unemployed and this was a splurge that I now regret having wasted coming to this stand to be treated less than welcome because I am not a daily regular.

Hello Steve,This review is only for you. This is a response to you calling a 5 year elite yelper a scammer, because of a negative review she left regarding a situation I've also experienced at your stand. But instead of taking this constructive criticism, you called that reviewer a scammer. If you look at her profile, you will see 305 reviews, three hundred and fucking five my guy. If you look, you will see there are a LOT of 5 star reviews. NEVER asking for free products, discounts etc. but calling out bad behavior that ultimately left the customer feeling less than important, than regular customers. No one asked for free drinks, you willingly gave those away to correct a issue within your staff. What I recommend is to talk to your employees and try to correct the issue and apologize on your staffs behalf. If giving a free drink is offered on your behalf, DO NOT get mad at the customer because you can't manage your staff. Just because I've had a bad experience and you give me a free coffee, that doesn't fix the issue and I can STILL have a bad experience with your stand. This level of thinking is just barbaric. I want you to know that this amazing UNEMPLOYED women came to your stand, for a product and didn't receive the level of customer service experience she deserved, because your barista decided that was better deserved to regulars and continuously choose them over her. This women also so happens to be my mother. You literally hurt her so much by your comment, that she deleted her yelp. I really hope you can reflect on this situation and work problems out within PM & have a civil discussion instead of publicly try to slander a customer because the experience they had at YOUR stand, wasn't up to par. Do better Steve. You 100% lost my mother and family as a customer and I really hope others read your response and decide to stop coming as well. You were one of my favorite stands, regardless of your inconsistent customer service. Also P.S. your baristas also need to learn how to mix white chocolate powder correctly in a cold drink. Having chunks of WC powder is unacceptable. Own up to your mistakes and correct them before it's too late.P.S.S. You'd think with a pandemic going on, you wouldn't try to scam your customers. This is the best coffee stand in the area. Consistently exceed my expectations and I was a sbux barista for 10 years. The morning crew is fabulous and learn your name. I love the point system. My favorite is the vanilla chai latte or the pumpkin vanilla chai latte- they use a mix which is phenomenal! My other go to is an americano and they always offer to add ice to cool it a bit. Great service, I can't say enough good things! Sometimes in the afternoon the milk is not aerated properly and can taste less creamy in the drink, but otherwise the afternoon crew is awesome, too!
