We'd eaten at theClaim Company for decades, in location to location. The food has been consistent - and their "Motherlode" is one of the best burgers served anywhere. Today, mine was perfectly cooked and everything was delicious.Our service was great - friendly and efficient. Everyone hustled and they checked back on us several times.The location is bright and cheery and the seating was comfortable. The only negative is the noise level; the music isn't that loud, but the high ceiling with nothing to deaden sound acts to amplify every sound. Beyond that, a great meal - as always.

My wife and I stopped by The Claim Company on Monday night as were in the mood for a burger. I can't speak to the salads, wraps, fajitas, or other items on the menu, but we both thought the burgers were very good. They were cooked the way we asked and really hit the spot. I went with the "NBK Spicy BBQ, Bacon, & Cheddar Burger". It was marked with a pepper to indicate it was spicy but I don't think it was at all. My wife chose the option to create her own burger and chose the Prime Beef, Brioche Bun, Bleu Cheese, Herb Garlic Mayo, and topped it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and avocado.We also tried out a couple of drinks - The Claim Kicker (Vodka, Triple Sec & Lemonade) and the House Margarita (a Monday special). They were both pretty good. We finished the evening with a Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert which was delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive. All in all, just a very nice meal and we will definitely come back the next time we are in the mood for a burger or one of their other specialties.

Had a craving for a club sandwich. Claim Company did it perfectly. I asked for "jr" cuz who needs 3 slices of bread? Sweet potato fries piping hot. Saving half for tomorrow. Delicious!!!

This is a good choice when you have a group and everyone wants different things. I had a portobello mushroom "burger" without the bun and some excellent sweet potato fries (they were so good)! Others in our party had French onion soup, bison burger, and Italian beef. The burgers are great and you can customize to your taste (type of bun, type of burger, cheese, add-ons, etc) as well as what side you want (salad, fruit, fries, vegs). Service is great, food comes out hot, reasonable prices. I've had their salads before too and they are excellent. Nothing fancy here, just tasty food.

I've totally been sleeping on The Claim Company! It's been around since the days of the salad bar which no longer exists. I had it for the first time in years and was impressed. We were seated quickly and service was great. I opted for a build your own motherlode burger on a pretzel bun with tons of toppings and sauces. I was particularly happy to see that avocado, bacon, and crispy fried onions were NOT an additional charge. I chose herb garlic mayo and spicy Dijon aioli as my dipping sauces. I'm not a burger gal, but let me say everything was DELICIOUS! The burger was juicy, the toppings were loaded up, and the sauces were flavorful. If I was ever in a burger mood, I would definitely come back.

My French onion soup came out . it was put under the broiler. The cheese was black and the soup was tepid. The Caesar salad was OK are used to eat here back in the 80s and they had a really good Caesar salad with a lot of garlic today. It was so so it's been many many years since I've been here and I think my taste buds have evolved and food that I used to think was amazing was just subpar.

I came here for a late lunch/early dinner while shopping in the area. They have a patio but we opted to dine indoors with the AC. We were immediately greeted and got our drinks. I didn't want anything too heavy so I opted for the chicken wings. I was told that the Buffalo sauce was on my spicier side so I was a bit hesitant but my server offered to have the different sauces on the side so I can try them all and I didn't have to decide on one to coat all the wings. I also got the sweet potato fries with a side of honey mustard. If you haven't had sweet potatoes and honey mustard, you must! It's an amazing combo! It was a good call to have the wing sauce on the side because I was able to try them all and all of them were so different, it was pleasing to have different flavors and not be stuck with the same one. My brother enjoyed his burger and would definitely come back here again!

Went to the Claim Co last evening on a Saturday...Was disappointed withthe food. My burger came cool to the touch and my friend's burger shedid not like. I had to reorder my burger and the waiter was not veryhappy about it. He seemed to think is was my fault. We had a tablewith 5 people. Wish it would have been better! Olivia 773-899-1710

This place has moved a couple times, and the salad bar is gone. You can make your own burger 1 million different ways which is nice. French onion soup is good and the side salad is a nice size nothing fabulous to say but solid food.
