We were excited to checkout the Chicken Supply, because it's gluten free friend chicken and we're consumed by the hype. Tl;dr - mixed reviews. crispy fried chicken that's a little too expensive for the serving/flavors. We popped in on a weekday afternoon and didn't have to wait for our food, which was good. We got a mixture of different pieces of fried chicken, the coconut collard greens and then good pancit. The pancit had mixed reviews. I personally liked it, because of the balance of cold to hot (vs the chicken) and the different textures. But the flavors were relatively mild/muted. The collard greens (Laing) were another mixed reception. I wasn't the biggest fan of how bitter it was, while others thought it was okay because it reminded of them of their preferred preparation for Laing. There's no doubt that the fried chicken has a great crunch and is rather juicy/moist. It was solid for gf chicken. As a whole, the food is "good." In a vacuum, I don't think you'll be disappointed. That being said, I personally just didn't get the captivating experience that everyone else got. On top of that, it's hard for me to justify spending between $4-$8+ tax on a single piece of chicken isn't slap-me-in-the-face good. I would definitely be willing to try it again to challenge my review. I just think it's a touch too expensive for the experience that I had. I don't knock those who rave it. I can see it. I just didn't quite have that same experience. I'm sure I'll check it out again in the future.

TL;DR - very crispy and yummy fried chicken that is not too salty or greasy and the potato was yummy but I didn't really care for the collard greens or mung bean riceFood - the chicken was super crispy and fried to perfection, and it was juicy on the inside. I really enjoyed it. I didn't really like the collard greens because I think the coconut milk made it a bit too rich and I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor pairing. The potatoes were really crispy and nice and the rice and beans were just okay. I would go back just for the chicken!Service - standardAmbiance - Its small and quaint but I thought the rock music was a bit too loud.

Love the breading but the chicken was dry. The thighs were gigantic but they were a bit dry. All of the chicken was dry, not sure if we got a bad batch or something. The skewers were exceptionally dry. The thighs was the best. The potatoes were good and crispy. Some of the potatoes were purple too which was cool. Would come again to try my luck but it was slightly disappointing because the chicken was dry.

My favorite fried chicken place in Seattle! The breading is so light and crispy and the spicy version is seasoned perfectly. The chicken underneath is juicy as well! Sauces weren't needed at all for the chicken, but you can buy some for a small price. The garlic rice was good but a little dry. The ultimate test came when I brought some leftovers home (the two piece is comes with two LARGE pieces) and it crisped up just as well in the toaster oven as it did fresh a few days before. I've definitely recommended this place to other friends as well! Note, however, that the seating here is limited.

Filipino fried chicken, yes please. The Chicken Supply is one of my favorite spots to grab fried chicken. They are an order and take out spot and very popular. Make sure to place an order on their website a couple hours ahead of time, they run out of food! I always go for the drums, but have tried the wings, thighs, and stick as well. Make the chicken spicy for some great flavors.

I came across the chicken supply through a TikTok and found out they were literally 0.5 miles from me. I made an online order for pickup the afternoon after as I've seen them sell out at 4:30pm (they open at 4!). Pickup was easy and on time. I thought the price was on the expensive side but after seeing the size and tasting the quality, I could understand.I got a drum stick and it was super juicy on the inside and the skin was super crispy and thin. I also got a chicken stick which is essentially chicken breast nuggets on a skewer. Overall all the chicken was delicious in flavor - it's slightly salty, sweet, and has some filipino flavors. Highly recommend.I got a side of crispy potato and they were definitely crispy! It was a mix of two different potatoes and nicely salted. I didn't get much of a garlic flavor though.Highly recommend a stop as their chicken was pretty good.Note there is a 15% added service fee even for take out orders.

Best fried chicken in Seattle!Sooo good! We called in at 5pm on a Sunday and they still had all the chicken, but unfortunately had run out of garlic rice. Their indoors is really small, so you probably need to bring home to eat. The batter is sooo crispy and thick and awesome. I preferred the spicy, but my boyfriend preferred the original. I will definitely be back !!

The hype is real. The Chicken Supply has some of the best fried chicken in all of Seattle. My hubs and I waited until they were open for a year (or more) before trying it and it was worth waiting for! Now we've tried it three times and I'm ready to write a review.Delightfully crisp, perfectly cooked and seasoned, GLUTEN-FREE fried chicken wings, drumsticks, and thighs. When you bite into a piece, you can hear it!!! The chicken breast comes as a kabob--they call it the Stick--and it is huge. Surprisingly moist too. Definitely try it. If you can't finish any chicken, save it and heat it for a bit in the oven or air fryer. Trust me, it will be just as good the next day.We also love the whole fried baby potatoes of different colors and the homemade house pickles. They're both great complements to the fried chicken.Do yourself a favor and order from them the night before at 9pm using the TOAST APP. Ya don't want to show up for dinner and have them be sold out. Then you'll be one sad puppy.

We were craving chicken wings and could not be stopped so we made our way to check out The Chicken Supply. They serve filipino style fried chicken and also other small bites. Only chicken wings were available so my friends and I ordered both the regular and spicy. I have to say the wings are on the bigger side, and fried delightfully crispy and wasn't too greasy. The spicy wings had a good kick to it, but besides the seasoned batter, the meat itself was quite bland. The buttered mochi dessert was surprisingly really good and also different. It wasn't too sweet (best asian dessert compliment) and the coconut cream gave it another layer of flavors. Though I think it didn't meet my expectations as the hype was so high, but it is a satisfying piggy meal that hit the spot. We also got to only try two items as everything was sold out.

Sadly, no pictures. I was far too busy eating!!!!We've been here three times and have always been happy. This time we got the spicy legs and honestly they were so delicious that I passed on the thighs and breast skewer. The collard greens in coconut milk were great as usual. The marinated veggies were okay. I didn't like the onion in them and I was the only one who liked them at all. Would not get again. The crispy potatoes dipped in banana ketchup was amazing.
