Agree with other reviewers. You wait in line like the DMV. The problem is the cashier. He does the food pass, drinks and payment processing. While other staff members standing around. Why can't they have a person on drink duty. It is really not rocket science. The cashier should never be the bottleneck. Wait. You took our all day dining money payment already. So there isn't really a need to speed things up. I get it.

Honestly, could not have been more disappointed for our first stop of the day for replenishment... There are two kids options, chicken tenders or peanut butter and jelly and they are out of peanut butter and jelly... so we opted for the chicken tenders of course and they were extremely dry and difficult for my kids to swallow. They were tolerable dipped in barbecue sauce at least. Out of sprite, out of iced tea. Oh well. Second star is because the workers at this particular stop are extremely patient

I ordered the all day dining pass with my ticket and none of the places food was worth buying that, I say bring your own food. My funnel cake had hair in it so they gave me fries and a drink. Seaworld food sucks but the experience makes up for it.

Terrible.First off the menu doesn't offer much of a variety. The only thing that was enticing to us was the funnel cake. We wanted funnel cakes, but the line was pretty steady throughout the day. Walked past this joint a few times during our trip to SeaWorld and the line never went down. We didn't wanna wait for an hour for a funnel cake. Then after seeing all these reviews, that pretty much solidified my decision to go elsewhere. The food didn't even look good to be honest. Just fried chicken crap. No thanks. It's too bad though. Good funnel cake would do really well at this theme park. This chicken spot is included in the all day dining deal. But does that make it worth the long wait and crappy food? Nope. Pass on this one folks.

Line is ridiculous it takes forever to get your food. They only cook 10 pieces of chicken at a time but once you get your food, it's good. Expect to be in line about an hour and a half. It's a waste to get the food pass.

It's been awhile since I've been here, so many changes. I ordered the funnel cake thinking fresh same size as an 8.5in plate 2 scoops of ice cream and some strawberry preserves. Got my order, funnel cake look like it went through some sort of shrinking machine. It was rock hard, the only part that actually tasted good was the ice cream...

Please get rid of these awful chicken sandwiches and replace this shack with something worth standing in line for. The chicken was not good. Bread was stale, the line is ridiculous. The kids need an adult crew leader to help them with their manners and remind them to stay off their phones while at work. The condiments and trash in the eating areas were not maintained.

I waited an hour yesterday just to get cold fries, a hard chicken sandwich, and some stale funnel cake. Yes, I had the all day dining deal. It is appropriately named because I felt like I waited all day to get the food! I waited longer for food than I did for any of the attractions. Even the mobile order option was an hour wait. I would not come here again!

Horrible service! Chaos!! Workers look lost and confused. They ran out of food items. Long wait to pay while food gets cold. Dirty counters dirty soda machine

Virtually every food joint in sea world is a s**t show. Long ass lines, everything is run as inefficiently as possible... it's actually quite remarkable. Imagine standing in Disneyland lines for ice stupid ice cream cone. Have I mentioned the $37 general parking? Customer experience here is non existent! Also, just bought two waters, coke and another drink...$27 ... fuck you sea world!
