The wait was worth it! Such a vibe in here, wish they had a location the bay area :( It was a nice treat while on vacation in AZ. 10/10 if you are looking for a cool drink that is super yummy :)

This place looks so cool inside and it's super inviting. It makes you stop and be like oh I wanna go in there that looks good! Only to walk in and be hit with staff that make you feel like you shouldn't be there. They're so rude!!! I almost walked out but I wanted my cereal bun. There is a sign to be patient because everyone is in training but I would like to still see them be more friendly and inviting. I was gonna ask what the girl recommended because Im new but she clearly had an attitude. I asked what cereals can I choose and she's like "all of them" with like a "duh" look on her face. But girl if I've never been here how do I know it's not just decoration?! Everyone was weird. I'll come back when they got nicer more welcoming staff. The place has soooo much potential. I shouldn't feel tried by someone who is supposed to be servicing me. Especially because I'm obviously not going to clap back at someone that's about to make and handle my food... but don't make your customers feel dumb.

Would love to know why you charge 13%Tax when Goodyear sales tax is 8.8% is this even allowed?

I love a good ice cream shop and dessert place, so we came here after dinner. There were 3 people ahead of us so I figured oh that's not a bad wait, but to be honest do not stop in if you pressed for time. It took us about 30 minutes to get 2 items ordered and made. The person working there recommended the waffle and ice cream combo, but she forgot that she made the last bit of the batter in the order before ours. They were out of buns as well. The shake machine takes quite a bit to make people's shakes between each order and cleaning, it almost seems like they should have more than one machine. I'm sure those machines are expensive, but if you want to help multiple people at once make the investment in another machine. There were people who came in after us and left because or the wait. I feel like business could double if they were more efficient. That being said the staff was friendly. I liked the shake, probably not worth the wait though.

A little overpriced but really great waffles. The customer service is nice as well and I really enjoy the quirky decor! I'm very appreciative that they have a kid's size cup because it's very sweet. And when you're trying to limit sugar, telling a little one to only drink half isn't going to cut it. Their waffles are huuuuuge, too! I'd say they're 2-3 person dessert waffles. My husband and I couldn't finish and still had at least 1/3 left.

Siblings took me and my family here during our most recent visit. What a cool and fun concept mixing cereal with dessert treats and drinks!We had just finished dinner and while I wanted to be bold and try the Killerz Ice Cream (2 scoops and 2 items), I talked myself down and settled for the Kids Ice Cream (1 scoop and 1 topping). My choice was vanilla ice cream and Cookie Crisp cereal. Wow! It was so rich, sweet and absolutely delicious! It was plenty enough for me to satisfy after dinner. The team was friendly and helpful, and since my sibling regularly visits here, suggested other items for my family to try. While it is pricy, it's definitely a great experience and a sweet treat to have.

I thought this was a neat concept for desserts and wanted to try it out. I took a friend who came into town and we enjoyed it. The presentation and final product of our milkshakes looked delicious. I thought the taste was just alright. The customer service was ok as well. I'd like to try different items on the menu if I were to come again though.

The Cereal Killerz Kitchen in Goodyear is one of our favorite ice cream shops in the West Valley! The walls are covered in 100s of cereal boxes and you can truly create whatever type of dessert... OR cereal box you want. The kids went nuts for it and the blended ice cream with cereal is so delicious. Worth a try for sure!

The concept of this place is pretty cool. They have every single cereal flavor you can imagine of and the dessert possibilities are endless.This is a perfect spot for a date night and or when you are having a sweet tooth. My go to flavor is the fruity pebbles. Anything with fruity pebbles mixed with some vanilla ice-cream is delicious! The line was pretty long when got there even thought they were close to closing for the night. We waited about 15min in line. The employees were friendly and somewhat energetic. The inside did feel pretty warm and sticky though, maybe there was too many people inside at the same time.. They have one table along the wall with some stools but that's pretty much it.Definitely give this spot a try if you are in the area. Oh and the décor on the walls inside is pretty cool

Unbelievably rude service, a lot of the reviews are the owner being a piece of shit and saying it's the customers fault that they had a bad experience, DO NOT GO HERE
