Wow this early gray basque cheesecake from here is phenomenal!!! Ordered it for a friends birthday and everyone loved it. It had a perfect touch of early gray, and still tasted just as delicious and fresh the next day. My partner isn't a huge fan of cheesecakes but loved this one!!

I was in town visiting family and had the chance to swing by their Saturday pop up! Initially, I found this small business on yelp when searching for "hot and new bakeries," and then after doing a bit more research, I ended up following them on instagram.The couple who own this business are very sweet and put all the attention and care into their products. They specialize in one or two layer basque-like cheesecakes and add a traditional crust on the bottom. We ended up buying a slice of their ube basque cheesecake, which was subtle on the ube flavor (as expected after the owners told us so), super smooth, and not overly sweet. If you love creamy desserts with substance, this is right up your alley. The only drawback is the price - $8/each. The slice in real life fits the palm of my hand, so in my opinion, it's a little steep in my opinion. However, they did offer a free Madeline cookie with every purchase, which set off the price a little bit. Overall, this is small business I hope to try again and would continue to support. All th best to them! Can't wait to see what else they whip up.

I barely leave reviews but I really have to share mine for The Cakery's cheesecake. I've missed basque cheesecake so much and had no idea where I could find a good one here in San Diego. I am so happy I stumbled upon their page and ordered them to try. It was so good that I had to buy another cake for the office to try and everyone loved it! I love the fact that there's so many flavors. So excited to try all of them soon !!

Hands down the best cheesecake in San Diego! I've tried all of their flavors, and they never disappoint. My personal favorites are chocolate & espresso (this one's newly added, a must try). Just the right amount of sweetness and so good with or without a cup of coffee! ALWAYS so satisfying! Their customer service was very good, as well, as they accommodated my pick-up time to be more flexible. Highly recommend this place!

You MUST try the Cakery! It is super delicious and truly completes my sweet cravings. Whenever I take it to the party, everyone compliments so much on the cheesecake. My two favorites are the original and earl gray. Espresso is also a really good one as it is a perfect combination of sweetness and bitterness nicely served in one bite. The best thing is that the type of ingredients they use to make their cheesecakes are all organic and top quality ingredients that I can trust! I stopped going into well known cheesecake places after I tried the Cakery. Highly recommended!!

One fo the great things happened during my recent trip to San Diego was to find and taste these amazing cheesecakes with a variety of different flavors, each of which had its own uniqueness, but they were all extremely good quality cheesecakes. Additionally, to my surprise, its taste and texture were not much changed at all even after they were frozen and aged for a couple of days. Without further spoilers, I do strongly recommend the Cakery if you like cheesecakes!

Look no further if you are looking for the best cheese cake in the world. The Cakery's cheese cake is out of this world. Unlike other heavy and dense cheese cakes where you are done after having just a few bites, it takes self control to prevent yourself from eating the whole thing. I've brought this cake to numerous dinners and parties where everyone loves it.

Just picked up my order and ate a slice in the car! Best cheesecake hands down! Will definitely be buying again soon!

I love basque cheesecake and this is the BEST basque cheesecake place to get them. It is amazingly delicious, the texture is so creamy and rich. My experience is always great whether we celebrate a birthday party, or to meet with friends. You've got to treat yourself with this cake when it's available!
