The Cake Master

Paid $160 for a mediocre cake that they last minute asked me to pick up at 8 a.m. Other places I can expect the cake to look like the image (see comparison in images below). When I arrived to their APARTMENT nobody was home. They dropped off the cake 15 minutes before the event time then called non-stop and even asked the people who the party was thrown for, for the remaining payment (even asked the party recipients for $10 more than the balance). Didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience of their last minute no show or early morning request. You can see that the frosting coloring isn't fully mixed in either.

Omg! This was the cutest cake I have ever seen!! So detailed and just beautiful! My kids loved it!! Plus she has great customer service and was amazing to work with!!

Mira was incredible to work with...and this succulent themed coconut cake was exquisite both in taste & design. I will 100% be using her again for all future birthdays for our family!!!!! Thank you!

Found this place on a whim and took the chance that they'd be able to make my friends birthday cake happen on a fairly last minute notice. And sure heck they made it work with two days to count till showtime! The cake was as accurate as it could be to what i showed them and the birthday girl couldn't have been more happier, she nearly teared up with how pretty the cake was so much she wanted to keep it as display rather than eat it. Easy local pickup and kept me updated as the cake was in process and what to do. Friendly service with just a down payment of half the items total cost. We got an 8" custom cake and it was only $120. (it had quite the decorations on it too. I thought it was a pretty good price) Strawberry flavored, her and her kids destroyed the cake before i even got a chance to try it. Considering her kids kept eating it behind her back, id say it should explain how good the bread must've been. May just have to order a cake for myself next time just to try it! Thank you and biggest compliments to the baker too as they really did tie our birthday girls night together with this project..You have no idea how grateful our hearts are to these guys.

I really don't like doing this... but I've given the "owner" of this business plenty of time to make this right by my daughter and refund her money. They refused. Below are pictures of the cake she got for over $80. The cake was made and picked up in an apartment complex. As you can see... it looks like a child quickly decorated it. They tried to blame me that the car was hot and it melted. First of all, if that were the case... maybe the chunks of butter in the butter cream in the center of the cake would have melted as well. It did not. The cake was inedible and was not even presented at her shower because it was a true embarrassment. When looking for a cake... even as simple as this one was... go elsewhere. It's not worth your time or money. As a result of not using good customer service skills and refunding my daughter... this business is being reported to the BBB.

So I don't usually do reviews but after my experience, I had to. So a couple of my bakers had backed out last minute or they just were bad with responding. I finally found Mera, which she responded in like 10 mins! I was like a few days out from my little girls bday party and she was really responsive and made sure My order is exactly what I needed. Finally, the presentation of the cake was amazing and how it was properly boxed, I didn't stop their but ordered some cupcakes as well. So if you are looking for some custom cakes highly recommend you just reach out to her and see what she has to offer! It's not easy finding people like Mera! I will definitely reach out to my Military community about her!

The cake was Perfect I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed this cake, it was the perfect combination of creamy chocolate mouse and cake, and the creamy whipped cream on top really makes the whole cake come together Thank you so much for this delicious cake

Firstly the engagement process was great and positive experience we had , baker was very prompt in responses, made suggestions , accommodated our needs(eggless) , we were looking for zootopia themed cake for my kids Bday and connected , Baker suggested the cake as shown in inspiration photo below .However what was delivered to us was not professionally done , it was not finished well n Cake was titling on one side , It was embarrassing for us to serve this to our guests n was not appealing to kids , On hindsight I wish we didnt order custom cake but given cake inspiration came from baker thought Cake will be close to inspiration.. we paid $250 for this and it's not worth it at all..Cake was supposed to be delivered but that option was changed last minute and so had to collect it..We kept on asking for pictures as cake was made to ascertain if we needed a backup option for party but that didn't happen n was shocked to see the end product..I wish we didn't serve this cake at all n used some store bought cake , Taste was not that bad but it was hard to cut n serve the cake ..

I had the best experience working with the cake master, I had to make an order very last minute and they were so easy to work with, very understanding for what exactly I wanted even with such a short time to make my order. I chose to pick up instead of delivery, and they gave exact instructions for picking up, made my day much easier, Mira handed my order and she was amazing. And obviously the best part is how amazing the cake tasted, literally never had so many people ask where I got a cake from before. Im so happy I finally found my favorite place to order the best custom cakes!! Going to be recommending the cake master to all my friends and everyone I know from now on

I hate having to write this review, but once u received horrible customer service I knew I had to. I asked for a retro style cake (photo attached) for our wedding shower. The cake was picked up by my mom the day before who said it was cute! (she had never seen the inspiration photo). She lives 15 minutes away from the bakery, transferred the cake in the AC and put it in the fridge. When I saw the cake the next day, I was honestly livid. I paid 70 dollars for a cake to look NOTHING like the photo. frosting wasn't blended, it was random shades of blue. The cake was extreme tall, not the size of the photo I requested. She used wet candy cherries, so the juice had leaked all over the top. The list goes on. When I asked for a refund, she blamed me and said all that damage happened on MY watch (as if I did the horrible blue frosting job, height of the cake, the cherries etc). Our local grocery store rushed to make a cake that was SPOT on to our inspiration photo! At half the cost. My family couldn't believe what I had to pay for with this cake. Currently disputing with my bank And reporting this business at the BBB.
