New and local coffee roaster in Interbay. They've just opened and are getting started. Some great African roasts, staff is friendly and what you expect from the Seattle coffee experience.I had the Ugandan roast today. Smooth with interesting back notes. Parking can be tricky but it is worth the drive. Show them some Seattle coffee love and try a cup or bag.

This is a great neighborhood gem. You wouldn't necessarily know about it unless you drive directly by it, because it's tucked away on an exit ramp toward Ballard. The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced, and the barista was really friendly. There are plugs if you want to work there. My only suggestion would be to add more food options and display them on a menu, although the muffin tops are delish!

I had a green mamba and it was pretty tasty. Perhaps a tad bit sweet for me, but I loved the unique menu and the cool decor. The barista was very sweet but I went on a Monday and arrived at 2:45. Their hours online and on the door say open until 4, but the barista made my drink to go and was packing up and shutting down. I get stuff happens, but it'd be helpful if the hours were more consistent with what was posted, even if it's just a Closing at 3 post it on the door.

Cute place. Unfortunately I saw a few things that really turned me away:1.) the coffee beans were already grinded and in a cup to be used. As opposed to grinding per order. 2.) the worst really - I saw how the milk was steamed/frothed. Very sad. WAYY too much air was let in. Extremely foamy. If anything, please just watch a couple of YouTube videos on how to steam milk properly. It would've been impossible to make latte art with that foam. It made for a very horrible experience.
