The Buffalo Spot - Tempe

First time in Phoenix and I needed something to eat. Ordered Via Uber eats. Great portion size and the food was good and hot. Only problem was I ordered Chipotle sauce but received Buffalo. I can only imagine how great it would have been if I got the Chipotle

I redeemed my birthday reward for the free regular Buffalo fries. The staff was kind and helpful though no one knew how to redeem my reward. I ordered the original hot Buffalo fries to go. They were good and a perfect snack to share since the amount of food given in the regular is plenty. I was there a little after 11am and there was only one customer waiting for his food. So it was quiet and I got my food pretty quick.

Found this place on yelp and it definitely is a must try. We had the buffalo fries mild and Cajun and both were a hit! Shout out to Matt for the awesome customer service. Food was quick and delish!

Seeing as they deleted my last review I thought it would make sense to leave another one. This location has the slowest service you will find in Tempe and the quality is terrible for the price. I used to come here multiple times a week for lunch and stopped when they raised the price to levels that don't even make sense. Average food and slow service.

It was my first time here and I'll definitely be coming back for the ferrero rocher shake and Buffalo fries! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to make sure I got just what I was looking for by offering great recommendations.

Absolutely trash service. Ordered a Choco banana shake and they had no bananas so I simply asked for a refund and immediately was laughed at and questioned WHY I wanted a refund? Then I was told minutes later they couldn't give me one so I asked for something else instead and was told I had an attitude?? No need for it?? I asked for something else?? Again got laughed at and talked about behind the counter and ignored for about 10 minutes until someone finally made my salted Carmel shake and what do you know ...???? It was a SALT shake . Idk what 20 something year old thinks shit like this is funny but theres people who don't have money like that and can only enjoy themselves every once in a while and it's quite shitty when you take advantage of that.

I don't recommend coming inside, long as wait. Better off calling in the order. Seen people coming in and out for pick ups.

No chicken pieces actually in my plate just the fried crumbs from boneless wings. What a flop! I had fries and crumbs for a meal. Not making a trip back again

This is the SLOWEST restaurant in Temp. Make sure you order your food at least an HOUR before you want to eat because it will take them at least that long. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

ZERO STARs!!! Crazy overpriced for not even average food. Absolutely horrible didn't even place and order after 30 mins of issues trying place an online order. Horrible online process will not ever be a customer. Update online process asap it's 2024 not 2015. I prefer anywhere else
