The Breakfast Boys

Landed in ATL at 8 AM and scurried over to Breakfast Boys for breakfast...I thought that it would be a wait but the host immediately walked me to a table in the upstairs dining area. Who would have thought that I would come to ATL and my waiter would be from home...hey King! King was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the flavor combinations.I love French toast so I ordered the French toast with chicken sausage, 10/10. I also ordered crispy catfish nuggets and the peach basil ice tea. I enjoyed everything, the only thing was that my eyes were bigger than my stomach. King kept the drinks coming as they were bottomless.The next time I'm in ATL, I will be back to try the eggrolls, breakfast sandwich with seafood butter and shrimp, kale& quinoa wrap and off course another peach basil ice tea.Thanks King for making my time at Breakfast Boys great!

The service was excellent, our server Kenny made great recommendations, the food came out hot and tasted so good I almost wanted a second helping. The ambiance was cozy and my wife said there were additional tables downstairs. The only drawbacks were parking can be a challenge and get there early to avoid along wait as this restaurant is EXTREMELY POPULAR!

Atlanta restaurants with grass walls and neon signs are new indicators for "Do not eat here".The Breakfast Boys somehow escape this and considering this is literally in my neighborhood - I am grateful.Though you can't make "reservations" you can hold your spot in line from an online tool they use within Yelp (brilliant!) before adding your name you'll see an estimated wait time so be prepared to leave and give yourself time to park as they do not have a dedicated lot.Once you arrive you'll see the hostess stand outside (yes, even in July and August - so be nice!) Give her your name and you'll be seated right away. Now if you did NOT use the save your seat option - no problem, you'll still be seated; so just be prepared to wait. Seating is pretty tight inside so be vigilante about potential body parts in your face Service has always been kind and expeditious - only had to wait once on drinks longer than I preferred (our food came before our drinks).Food hot and yummy - not gourmet but perfect for brunch with a friend or your person after a long night.I'll go again - and I suggest you try it too!

Made reservations so when we walked in we didn't wait at all. Our server came quick to greet us and take our orders. The salmon hash was cooked to order because it was hot and it was delicious. 10/10 a great dish and it didn't lack salmon everything was portioned perfectly.The peach basil tea is a refreshing drink not too sweet and very balanced.Music is playing and you are able to have a conversation.

I've passed by this spot for years, and I finally got the opportunity to check them out. Located on Main Street in downtown College Park, this place is always pretty popular. I came with a few friends for Tuesday brunch. We had a reservation (easy to do on the Yelp app) but there was no wait. The inside reminded me of a New Orleans cafe. It was very cozy and warm. We chose to sit outside, which was perfect for a sunny day. Our server was awesome! She was very attentive and made sure all of our questions about the menu were answered. I loved that she kept it 100 about items to avoid vs. items to get. I decided to order one of their most popular dishes, the jerk chicken and sweet potato waffles. Now, I wasn't sure how I would feel about this combination. Jerk has a very distinct taste that wouldn't typically go well with waffles. My server assured me that their jerk is not strong and it's delicious. Well, she was absolutely correct! It was more like well seasoned, barbecued chicken that never overpowered the sweet potato waffles. I loved my meal! I really want to come back and try the pancakes and catfish with grits, as that is what my friends ordered. Looking forward to my next visit!

Came here for Sunday brunch as a group of seven and considering the size of our group without a reservation, we were seated in decent time. Not a single complaint to be made as our waitress, Jade was pleasant and attentive and made great recommendations. The salmon egg rolls are a favorite! The cocktails were divine too. When I come back to ATL, this will be on the list of places to revisit.The food was phenomenal and seasoned well! The catfish, shrimp and grits and wrap were so good!!! The croissants are a must try!

If you've come here, you know how amazing this place is. The interior is bright and happy and the waitstaff is friendly and make your experience a memorable one. Now, we had 6 people in our party and each one of us sat in amazement of the food. I got the Crispy Catfish Shrimp & Gritz and it was the best breakfast I've had in a long, long time.

The brunch vibe at The Breakfast Boys is a whole thing! When we entered, we were welcomed cheerfully which set the tone for the entire dining experience! We were seated and our server was phenomenal! She was actually training, but you would never have known. She is a star and whoever does the hiring made a great selection!The place was lively and the wall art/decor was quite interesting! Check the website for the eye-catching menu before you go. What we ordered: Vegetable Omelet - Sautéed peppers and onions, spinach sun-dried tomatoes, herb cream cheese, your choice of side, salad, breakfast potatoes, watermelon or creamy grits served with croissantSalmon Egg Rolls - Seasoned salmon with mozzarella, peppers, & onions and a "mumbo dipping sauce"Chix & Pancakes - 4 Crispy, fried wings served over a short stack of pancakes with fruit and apple cider syrupYum! My tastebuds were truly satisfied & the music was fun! But, good luck finding parking!

Hands down! The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The temperature of the food was amazing. The location and cleanliness was amazing!The parking lot attendant was amazing! The vibe was amazing!You want to visit this place. The most diversity in a workplace l've seen thus far and I travel for a living!It was 11 of us from South Carolina, New and California.
