Run! Don't walk! You've gotta try the best boudin. So delicious and flavorful. We tried a little bit of everything as everything looked too good to just have one thing. The star of the show for me was the mild pork boudin. So full of flavor! A close second were the egg rolls. The cheese gave it a different dynamic and it was excellent. The stuffed wings were also great, very crispy and delicious. The pork cracklins were so crispy and full of flavor! The gentleman working the counter was very nice and helpful.

We bein' stupid (IYKYK) and the Boudin Company's bringin' da heat!!! New deliciousness for us. We'll be back. Thank you, Larry, for the hospitality and conversation. RECOMMENDED! Very good, authentic, Cajun-Creole-Asian fusion.

We went out to Rosenberg to shoot family photos and sort of stumbled (as much stumbling that can occur with an iPhone) across this place--it had good reviews and I am adding another one. Full disclosure: I was about to put the brakes on lunch when I thought the restaurant was in the truck stop. It isn't. Phew! The staff was very nice even though they were busy. The selection of boudin is perfect and we tried every one, I think. Not sure if the turduckin is a seasonal item, but it's delicious and the cran-strawberry reduction sauce for dipping is baller. It's simple. Like boudin? Go and get an assortment and the boudin burger. Oh, and the iced tea (unsweetened) was great--random, but seriously good.

How many different ways can I eat boudin...? Today, 3! HUGE boudin egg rolls, Boudin Burger with crawfish potato salad, and their newest item not even on the menu yet... Stuffed Boudin Wings all washed down with brown sugar lemonade and finished with some homemade bread pudding. We even got gumbo to-go for dinner. Y'all... run here fast! Owner was super nice and said they are opening a BBQ Smokehouse next door. Can't wait!

I've never had boudin before and I love it! Such great flavor! I'm A truck driver and parked at the truck stop. I love trying new and different kinds of food! If you are in the area, come get some of this damn good food! You can taste the love in it!

The STAFF here are amazing!!! So kind, and very helpful!They offered a sample of their gumbo which is SO GOOD. I had to get a hot piping bowl of it. The stuffed wings filled with boudin is so flavourful! I will be back for sure

Came in on Friday afternoon on our way out of town...what a great stop! Friendly customer service from the moment you walk in! If it's your first visit they give you a chicken gumbo sample - it's delicious! We ordered the eggrolls, boudin balls & a small gumbo. Nothing was short of amazing, very tasty and flavorful. Eggrolls are huge and full of boudin & cheese! Will definitely return. Quiet and great ambiance lots of space!

Came here after attending a religious event around the corner in Rosenberg. I bookmarked this spot a while back & finally had a chance to check it out. My wife and I both got the boudin stuffed wings. To be fair, we should've gotten some actual boudin so we could try them for their specialty. But boudin stuffed wings sounded so good to both of us.The wings were good but just average to us. Seasoning was a tad lackluster and there wasn't as much boudin in the wings as we expected. They weren't bad per say, just nothing to run home & tell your mom about.The bread pudding was unimpressive to us as well, even with the cream sauce drizzled on top. Again, not terrible but we've definitely had better. Overall, decent experience but nothing impressive. Maybe next time we're in the area, we'll give them another shot & try some actual Boudin.
