The Bistro Grill

Amazing food we had the mixed kabob, Gyro, brownie and raspberry passionfruit. Everything was fresh and refreshing, great flavors and experiences. A great date night if you are looking for different food, wonderful flavors and great customer service.

All I have to say is you are missing out if you don't try this place. I thought I had completed the review after I visited and see I forgot BUT BABY... the food... I visited late afternoon early evening and it wasn't crowded. The owner came out to speak with my table. If I can find the pictures I took of the food I'll update post.

My daughter and her family wanted to take me to this place for my birthday. We were greeted with, we don't have a kids menu and we have a dress code . The place was empty. We were shocked as they are located at the end of a strip mall. We decided to go to our known favorite across the street, Los Magueys and enjoyed it very much.

Several friends and I decided to dine here after a long day of travel and work because we were looking for tasty Greek food. Because this place is in a STRIP MALL and located directly behind a Wendy's, we wore casual attire. Upon entering we were greeted by the hostess who let us know first thing that they had a business casual dress code, but she would still seat us. It wasn't delivered in a tone that incited excitement for our dining experience. We also noticed that all other diners were in casual attire. Probably because this place is located in a STRIP MALL BEHIND A WENDY'S. Aside from that, two out of four of us enjoyed our food. Who I am assuming was the chef stopped by the table and our friend politely advised that he did not like the dish and gave some feedback, he became very agitated. We will not be returning.

We have eaten here in the past and did enjoy the food. We went today and we were greeted with, "Is your order to go?" I replied, "No, we would like to be seated." The gentleman said, "well, we have a dress code." I was wearing a t-shirt dress with capped sleeves and a pair of hey dude slides. Both of which are brand new so are in good condition. I was shocked. Honestly...shocked. The restaurant was empty and I said, "Are you 'expletive' kidding me." Which now I seriously regret so much! I could not believe that we were being turned away. This restaurant has been here for a two years and we have eaten here three times with no issues. We like eating here because we never have a wait to be seated. (Now I know why, they seem to enjoy turning potential diners away rather than seating them for food service.) We have always dined in and are really respectful of other people's dining experiences and could not believe we are the type of people they did not want to serve. I wish them luck and hope they are successful with their coveted dress code in their strip mall 'bistro'.

The food is great! I came with a friend and we both commented on the freshness of the ingredients and the depth in flavor! A couple of things that drove off one star: first, my friend asked for lemon to accompany her water and the server said "we don't have lemons". We were both confused, as surely this is a standard cooking ingredient. Sure enough, lemons came out with both of our entrees.It's dark in there, lol! We couldn't tell if they were still working out wall paint colors or just going for a sexy vibe, but it was a bit jarring upon entry.

We had lunch at the Bistro Grill. Inside it is very dark. Navy blue and gray with no decor aside from the tables. Service was attentive and the server was helpful. We had the appetizer trio and falafel and friends to start. In the future, we would not get both. First, because there is a lot of overlap and secondly, because falafel and friends does not come with any pita bread, even though there are a lot of dipping sauces. We ordered additional pita bread to go with us, and for eight triangles of pita (approximately 1 piece of pita) it was five dollars. We did love the hummus and marinated feta. Both were delish! The tapenade was also very very tasty and the falafel were fantastic.We both got mixed gyros as our main. I asked for no onion, and mine came out with onion. I rarely send food back, but I decided to and they remade by sandwich very quickly. These were large and full to overflowing. Very tasty. We shared the Pistachio Almond Cake for dessert- it was quitMy main complaint was being charged 99 cents for water x 2. Only one of us had water and it was not bottled water. All in all a good lunch- very pleased with the food and service especially considering the location

Not at all what you'd expect from a very tiny restaurant in a shopping center. Authentic Mediterranean food was top notch and they have a very large selection of food including flavors and dishes from India, Italy, Portuguese food and Thai dishes as well. Everything made to order. Service is done very tastefully and professional. We have ate here twice and both times were very satisfied. They also have a very extensive dessert menu which we have never had the 'room' left over from

Food was very good and came out fast. Service was friendly and attentive. The 99 cent charge per glass of filtered water (no tab water available) did surprise me and is unusual for this area. I would have at least expected free refills, after all, it's just filtered tab water. It would be nice if this location also offered alcoholic beverages.

Fabulous Greek cuisine - I can't think of a Greek restaurant I've been to anywhere in the country that's better than this.Go there... but make sure you leave me a seat.
