The Bindlestick

We waited 40 mins for a Panini which was served cold. Although we had ordered our food to have it at the cafe, the server somehow presumed that it was a to-go order. No one apologized for the delayed order. We sat in the outdoor space hoping for a nice time outside, but we were greeted by trash bins.The Panini was decent though. The bread could have been a little more fresh and the portion a little bigger, considering that it was a $13 sandwich.I wouldn't recommend this place to my fellow foodies.

Confusing experience! While we were waiting in line, the person working loudly expressed not being happy any time someone new walked in. She rushed us to make a decision on food and then when I ordered a bagel sandwich she said she was out of everything bagels, totally fine except she offered and served one for free to a regular who came in later and had forgotten his wallet. They were also out of avocado, so she offered a panini that also was supposed to come with avocado, but sadly didn't and no discount on price. It sounded and tasted pretty okay, but for the price of $13 I expected to be full after. It was really small and not filling. While sitting there, we listened to her loudly complaining about her boyfriend to the regular who was eating his everything bagel. Overall wish we had chosen somewhere else for lunch.

Hot chai was ice cold. Even after two tries. Very nice barista. Vanilla latte was luke warm.

What a fun and friendly little, but more than coffee, house in downtown Snoqualmie. Always a great selection of coffee, always hot n tasty. I've been here a few times already, overdue for a review. I apologize, a picture of the coffee menu soon. Great choices for breakfast and lunch meals, always adding specials of the day. I tried the 'less boring grilled cheese, and with bacon and locally made apple butter it was definitely NOT boring, lots of flavors going on! Along with coffee, they serve kombucha, ciders, and local beers, so a little bit for anyone. Backside is an open patio for nicer days, nice n cozy on the inside. Art on sale hanging on the walls, and a friendly barista behind the counter ready to take your order. Always great to support local businesses. Definitely worth stopping by, next time you're traveling around Snoqualmie. Yelping on, God bless and Cheers!

Stopped by post lunch on a rainy fall afternoon, looking for a nice hot cup of coffee.The store is a small neat shop with a nearby parking lot. I ordered the spicy mocha. It tasted delicious, maybe a bit sweet but the slight spicy taste was really nice, perfect for a cold rainy day.I would try other drinks next time I visit.

A lot of locals hang here...of all ages! Coffee, great food, beers of all kinds, family friendly! Outdoor patio in the back, seating in the front.Kind servers.

Found the perfect little spot to eat lunch after visiting Snoqualmie Falls. The woman who helped us was so kind - she told us she would turn on the fire so we could enjoy our drinks while waiting on our food. I thought it couldn't get any better until 15 minutes later when our sandwiches arrived - absolutely AMAZING! I got the Spicy Bovine Panini w/Au Jus & my boyfriend got The Less Boring Grilled Cheese - he said it was one of the best sandwiches he's ever had!

My family and I entered the Bindlestick looking for a quick bite to eat. We were not greeted or acknowledged for the 10 minutes we stood by the ordering counter in the store even with no one in-front of us. The barista was making drinks for another order while going on her phone ignoring us. After being in there and waiting patiently for a long time, we decided to leave as we felt very unwelcome by the barista. I did not catch her name (as she did not even speak to us) but she had thin eyebrows and some piercings. I am very disappointed as all my other experiences in snoqualmie have been pleasant.

Just leaving this because I don't understand $17 for a panini is one dollar sign, Yelp really let me down on this one :( nice service, reallyyyy slow food & not worth the price. Below mid
