Sooooo disappointed...I now have to change my once 4-star rating to a 1-star. Not because of one isolated instance but a culmination of issues. 1 cracked-out bartender (Annette I believe) and 1 oblivious owner who by all rights is a really nice guy and a Seahawk fan (Go Hawks!). I think Annette is there as a piece of ass because she's surely not an icon for customer service. Either mentally deficient or obviously incapacitated from "blue" or another illicit substance. I expect the industry to have its "highs" and lows but come on.The skinny...over the course of 3 recent visits I point out the following:Annette asked for a debit or credit card 6 times in an hour - I gave it to her when we walked in. I reminded her of that every time. Mind you, there is about 10 people in the whole place.Annette kept going to 2 other guys at the table next to us asking if they were "Paul." I started calling myself Mohammed when she finally asked if I was Paul. Must have thought I was serious because she kept looking for me.Back to back visits she ordered my wife's food but mine...oh you're Paul right??? There's only 1 item in the system. NO S**T because you only entered 1 item!Today I asked for a refill on my Bud Light (twice). She was aimlessly staring into the POS system. Was there YouTube on it or something I dunno!?!? I left and went to the pool table. Any other female patron came up and asked for a beer. Don't you know Annette turned around and grabbed my empty beer glass and filled it with this lady's beer of choice and served it to her!! WTF???Last week came by the table and unexpectedly put her hands on my shoulders and whispered "hey before you order anything else come see me first." Huh?? She's the bartender and server who else would I order from??Meanwhile on 2 of these occasions the owner was present and playing games (bowling I think) with friends. Like I said he's a nice guy we like him. But to miss the continuation of issues and not respond leads me to say WTF again! Maybe he's sleeping with her? Family? She's blackmailing him? Lol I dunno.In the end, other than her, the place is clean, the tables are nice, the crowd is good. The food is great. But this one woman is going to keep us and others away.

Food was decent, however, the service was aweful. There was only one other party, probably regulars, that were more attended to. No checking in on us at all. Would not recommend. Mind you this was on a Sunday. No excuses, I'm sorry.

Service usually exceptional. Especially Nikki (sp?) on Wed & Fri nights. Love the ability to meet people from all over.

Good food , cold beer , friendly servers , what more could you want ? Pool darts tacos sliders

This is definitely our new favorite diaper! Super close to our house, really welcoming and friendly, and amazing drinks and food. I declare that this bar has the best wings in town. Not wimpy in the slightest! Tons of meat and yummy. I would definitely check it out! We also had brunch there once and it was delicious, the chef is top notch!

I've been coming to this place for years now & last night I had a blast. Without knowing I showed up on a night where the sip & paint event was going on. My buddies and I had a blast the food is phenomenal and service is a 12 out of 10. Thanks for making it a fun night , will be back soon.

What a great neighborhood bar. One of the best French dips I have ever had. Fries were nice and crisp. My server was Annette. She appeared to love her job and was attentive to all her customers. Everything was very clean as well. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great atmosphere, prices, service, and food! A regular stop for us on Taco Tuesday and Wing Wednesday. Food is always hot, always delicious, and the service is fantastic. Annette is attentive, always smiling, and spot on to make sure you have everything you need. Frankly, everyone there is awesome, but Annette sets the bar.

At night or days on Friday Saturday or Sunday! Go see my girls, Niki, Shanna, Amy or Dana! Food is good, karaoke on Tuesday and Fridays
