Fried frog legs! These were pretty huge, even bigger than the quail, and fried perfectly.

Hours listed are correct. It is traditionally restaurant with a casual atmosphere. Delicious pho with modest portions. I was full after enjoying the broth as well

Thanh Thanh is an unassuming restaurant that might not stand out from the outside, but the food inside is a delightful surprise. While the restaurant itself is quite basic--simple seating, nothing extravagant--the quality of the food completely overshadows the plain surroundings. There's an unfavorable aroma that I believe comes from the freshness of the items being prepared.I've tried several dishes at Thanh Thanh, and everything has truly been a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend the crispy half chicken with fried rice and salad. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, some of the best seasoning I've ever had on crispy chicken. The fried rice is light yet flavorful, so if you're looking for a heavy soy sauce version, this isn't it, but it's delicious in its own right. I also tried pieces of their duck, and while it was a bit bony, the rich flavor made it worth the effort of deboning.I will definitely keep coming back to Thanh Thanh and encourage others to do the same. The food alone makes it worth visiting!I will definitely keep coming back to Thanh Thanh and encourage others to do the same. The food alone makes it worth visiting!

Came out of the airport and was craving viet food. I'm originally from Orange County, CA, so it's hard to find good viet food elsewhere. Coming here I had low expectations but leaving the restaurant I am so pleased. My friends and I ordered the butter beef spring roll platter. Such a hearty meal. It fed 3 people and we left happy. So glad we chose this restaurant for our first meal in Georgia. Would definitely come back. The owners were such sweethearts too.

I found this restaurant via a Facebook group. My boyfriend and I arrived around 7PM on a Thursday night to an empty restaurant. The server finally came out after 5 minutes or so. He got our drink orders and later our food order. Everything was snail pace. We sat and waited for 40 minutes until his stir fry came out. The couple that came in about 20 minutes after us got their food way before we did. (They ordered some type of hot pot with tray of noodles and veggies.) Boyfriend finished his stir fry before I even got my banh cuon. I had to ask for them to pack my pho to go as he had to leave for work. The foodShrimp spring rolls was freshly made but lacking in herbs. It was shrimp, lettuce, and rice noodles only. The peanut hoisin sauce was watery. Beef stir fry was good. It was freshly made, flavorful, and tasted very homey. It came with a soy sauce with fresh peppers in it.Banh cuon was freshly made. It was good but a little gummy in texture. Not worth the wait in my opinion.Pho- I gave to my Dad when I got home and did not eat so cannot review. I will admit I am extremely perplexed as to why it was the last thing ready and took more than an hour. Pho broth is pre-made as it takes hours. Pho preparation is just cooking the noodles and adding in the sliced meat. The ambience Per Boyfriend "This place looks like it is going to give me food poisoning." Restaurant looks extremely run down, cluttered, and dirty in the corner of a desolate looking strip mall. It was empty with exception of one other couple. There were a couple of people who stopped by for to go orders. PriceOur order came out to be around $77 pre-tip (4 dishes and a soy milk drink). I think it was overpriced. Takeaway: If I do visit here again I would call in a to go order. Their menu is extensive and some of the items on there look pretty good and unique. They offer a lot of Vietnamese dishes you wouldn't find elsewhere. If you do visit, be prepared to wait for your food.

Great food. It's a hole in the wall that's worthy of a try. Don't let the parking lot and the location deter you.

Thanh Thanh has officially back up for business y'all. After speaking to the owner, we found out they took the whole family back to the motherland that's why they were closed for so long. my family was sadden when we thought they shut down for good. The day we went back, we ordered a whole fish and the Vietnamese bbq. Mind you it was only my sister and I and we were eating like there was no tomorrow. All the herbs and vegetables was so fresh and their Che was so so good. Please be mindful that this is a family owned restaurant and they're super short staffed so don't get on their back about the service. They do put grass on the ticket due to our own people are very cheap when it comes to tipping. If you want to try more of an authentic Vietnamese food, this place is the place for you. Until next time!!! Peace

For years I had wanted to try Thanh Thanh , it always showed up that it was open very late . But being on the south side I was skeptical.I went on a Sunday literally at 11 at night , they were very much open .It is in a run-down shopping plaza but don't let that scare you off or the other reviews !I walked in and was greeted by younger lady she was nice and asked if I would be taking it to-go or dine -inOpting for to-go she brought me a menu(book) and I sat down.Inside is a large dining area with about 30 tables and off to the side is a very tables I guess the to-go areaI decided to go for the mi chay I think - it's a seafood pho with egg noodles . I get this everywhere so it was a safe choice for me.She helped me look over the menu and I decided on that.It came to 15$ but I also got a bottle of water it was about 12 and some change before that. The food came pretty quick , about 10 min Very hot and fresh.I rushed home and omg it was so good!It came with your classic bean sprouts and hoisin , they also included their chili oil which I didn't use I got Sriracha too. Juicy fresh shrimp , squid , fish cake , and crab were the proteins ! Fried onions and lime as well. The broth was average , but still delicious. I'm honestly so glad I did not let the other reviews scare me away! This place is a gem , and anytime I need something late I will be going there . Only reason I didn't add another star is because they didn't include the usual fresh greens like cilantro , Culantro Leaves, Thai basil, green onions .
