I have been going to Thaiger room since 2007. They are literally my favorite Thai place in all of Seattle. It's down-to-earth solid Thai food. Their Panang Curry is my favorite ever (as long as it's not watered down too much). But the flavor is amazing. I live in Olympia now, but if I pop by Seattle, I always try to make a stop. If I ever eat in (usually to go) I'll try & snag pictures & update the review.

A nice and easy place to grab Thai food on the ave but does not really stand out from the other Thai restaurants in Seattle.Food 2/5: I got the phad thai and Mongolian beef. The phad thai was a bit too sweet for me but the spiciness made up for it. I got 2/5 spiciness because I have a weak stomach but it was the perfect amount of heat while adding a deeper flavor to the sauce. I was disappointed in the Mongolian beef due to how oily and plain it was. I was expecting some onion or pepper to balance it out but it turned out to be just oily beef and broccoli.Value 3/5: Portion sizes are relatively normal with prices ranging around $12 dollars. Considering the price and food, I would probably come only when I'm nearby and craving some phad thai.Service 4.5/5: The staff was really friendly, checked in on us frequently, and the food came fast.

Whenever I crave Thai food, I visit Thaiger Room for theirdelicious Drunken Noodles. The sweet and savory dishalways leaves me craving for more! Their portions are pretty large and leaves me pretty full at the end. The shrimp pops in my mouth and goes so well with the dish so I always add them for extra charge. The Thai iced tea is also something you can't go without!

They are charging extra for dine in these days. We didn't have a problem with it so we just went in for a late night bite last night. Although it's 8:30 on Monday, there are people dinning in and we were seated right away. The service is friendly. We ordered crab wantons, Guay Tiow Tom Yum and Cashew Nut with Chicken. First thing I noticed is the portions. They are HUGE! The spice level is out there too! Cashew nut chicken is very flavorful but they need some salt in guay tiow Tom Yum and crab wantons comes with a unique sweet sauce or honey I am not sure. Overall it's pretty great for the price. If only Guay Tiow Tom Yum has more flavor, this would be a five stars!

Garlic pepper chicken combo is still very good. Cautiously optimistic because I haven't ordered the noodle dish that was dangerously undercooked/expired last time but at least for now my most recent order is up to and beyond standards.

I came here again for a late lunch with a friend last week. This time around, I ordered the Thaiger Noodles with tofu. It came with carrots, broccoli, eggplant, and a side of white rice. I got a 3-star, which was the perfect amount of heat for me.The Thaiger Noodles were much tastier than the Big Chicken Noodles I had ordered the previous time. It consisted of the same wide rice noodles, but tasted like a mix between Pad Khee Mao and Pad See Ew. It had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. Service was also great, but then again, we came at around 3:30pm. The waitress was prompt and checked in on us several times.Overall, 5/5 for food, service, and atmosphere

I don't understand why they have low ratings! I've been hearing service is off and portion sizes being small, but I've never had these problems from the many times i've eaten here in and out of University. The GOOD/Recs:- One of the best Tom Yum Noodle soups my mom and I have had in Seattle. Remember to ask for a lime if it's too flavorful (lol) or salty for ya- Delicious, FLAVORFUL pad kee mao and pad see ew! Here's a tip: order it WITHOUT RICE and you'll get more delicious noodsThe MEH:-Parking can be hard if you're not like on campus- Yes, waitress and waiters need to be flagged down at times, but when they get to you, it's nice!

Some really good college student on a budget Thai food. They whip the food up so fast, which is convenient when you're on a tight schedule. The servers are always happy and joking around. They make sure to check up on you.I usually play it safe and get phad see ew or a curry. However, in my recent visit, I ordered the spicy thai-ger sauce with chicken to try something new. It was ok. It was definitely saucier than I expected. It was also pretty salty, so I was chugging a lot of water and devouring the rice. After a few bites, I had a whole bite of just seasoning, like a condensed ball of seasoning. It was so nasty. They were pretty busy, so they were cooking the food quickly, but they could've mixed the seasoning better. I chose 3 stars for the spice level, and it was not spicy at all. So if you like spice, up it a bit then you usually would choose. It's definitely a good place to go if you want some good thai food for around $10. Just be wary of what you order.

The relocation has definitely been a bit confusing, but honestly, the wares and environment has improved since combining with Kai's Bar. The Pad Thai is as dependable as ever, and I was worried that there would be changed in management or chef's taste after the change, but my taste buds are still happy. The plating is gorgeous and seasonings are en pointe. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to wholly enjoy the taste of Thai Iced Tea, but he likes it so I've sampled quite a few at this point. Good sweetness level here because other places get it a little overboard sometimes.Good service and friendly no-frills people! Fair prices for the Ave, nothing too special there.

A solid spot for Thai food located on University -- I got delivery from Postmates because of COVID but I believe it's open for takeout. I got fried tofu, phad see ew with rice, and thai ice tea! The fried tofu was really good and super crispy on the outside. The plum dipping sauce went really well with it too! The phad see ew was super flavorful and had large portions. I loved all the vegetables that it came with -- I usually don't have mushroom as one of them but it actually went super well with the noodles. The Thai tea was a classic and went perfectly with my meal.
