Thai Wisdom Bistro

I hate to update this, but I think we've given Thai Wisdom the last try. We loved this place and ordered regularly, but lately it seems the quality has really gone downhill.They never seem to pay attention to spice level - our stir fry that was a level 4 tasted like a 1, and the rice that was a level 2 tasted like a 5. The stir fry dish that was over $20 was mostly carrot and onion with a few pieces of beef, maybe 1-2 mushrooms and broccoli heads. Thai Wisdom used to be amazing, but I think this might be one of the last times we order. :( Our last 3 orders have been inconsistent as well.

Small Thai restaurant in a plaza near the Kirkland Costco. The plaza was pretty busy on a weeknight. The restaurant was half full. Nice interior with some Thai mythology paintings on one of the walls. Menu is pretty good sized. In addition to the standard noodle, rice and curry, they have good number of specialty dishes and desserts. I got the Thai iced tea for drinks. Very good, and quite sweet. For entree, I got the drunken noodles with beef and level 2 spice (out of 5). Spice level was noticeable, but not overwhelming. Their drunken noodles are on the sweet side. My friend got the crunchy garlic chicken, which was plated nicely in a pile. It is fried boneless chicken bits and certainly very crunchy. Finally, got the fried banana which comes with whipped cream, coconut ice cream and drizzle of some fruit sauce. Found the coconut ice cream to be the tastiest thing on that plate. Overall bill was $65 before tips. Their prices are not the cheapest, but portions are pretty good.

Good service and good food all around! Only downside for me, I don't eat sugar and their sauces are too sweet for me.

Really yummy Pad Thai! Gotten take out/delivery here a few times as I work nearby. Ordered lunch for my team one day and they all loved it and we're now repeat customers! Lunch portion of pad Thai was huge. Ate about half and I was stuffed! 2 stars was the perfect amount of spice. I also like that they didn't serve with bean sprouts. I'm not a sprout fan and I feel like a lot of Thai places overdo it in order to make portion seem larger. Theirs came with perfectly thin sliced carrots and some purple cabbage. Good amount of peanuts too. Give this place a try if you're looking for Thai in Kirkland.

We had an enjoyable dinner at reasonable prices with enough leftovers to make another meal at home. Servers were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt. The parking lot was confusing because of the back up of cars at the coffee business across the parking lot.

I didn't provide a "negative" review, this is an honest review of my experience. I gave feedback, which was generally positive and included praise for the staff and some of our food quality. Sending back the food or requesting a remake wasn't going to change my concerns or opinions. Asking for a refund for food I consumed wasn't necessary, nor would it change my rating that this was not a 5 star experience for Thai food. My friend also agreed with my take, tho she didn't write about it. This app is to help people make informed choices about other people's experiences, and I do my best to be honest and fair, which is what I have done here.

My fiancée and I have tried 5+ Thai resturants on the Eastside and this is one of our favorites! We usually order the Tom Yum soup because it is hearty with lots of vegetables and full of flavor. The Panang Curry not only looks great with garnishes, but tastes great. The Pad See Ew has a strong, savory flavor. Also, we like how the restaurant is decorated with lots of cool lights. The service was quick and attentive. Overall, we'll definitely be back!

One of our two go-to Thai food spots on the East side. Excellent food, great service and likely busy at meal rush hours. The team is always super friendly, accommodating and hospitable. A solid choice for when you (with kids too!) crave some yummy Thai food.

We continue to be regulars at Thai wisdom Bistro and their food is absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed working with the team and staff who were courteous and prompt to their customers. Pro tip: they also do catering and they did a phenomenal job at a birthday party we had. All the guests loved their food and presentation. The ambience is great at the restaurant as well and they are quite friendly for children. The interior is nice and cozy.

This is my absolute FAVORITE Thai restaurant on the Eastside! I came here with some friends for lunch and was pleasantly surprised that they offer $15 lunch combos from 11-3pm, and for an additional $3, you can add a Thai iced tea! Seriously such a great deal!The service was amazing. Unlike other Asian restaurants, I didn't feel like I had to flag the waiter down when I needed more water or assistance. They were always checking up on us to make sure we had what we needed.The restaurant itself was nice and clean and tastefully decorated. It was not overly loud and I could have a conversation with friends.The food was amazing!! It tasted authentic and delicious.They served big portions and we all had leftovers to bring home. I forgot to take a pic but will next time!Lastly, as a bonus: I love that this restaurant supports the local Kirkland community! They are frequently giving back to the community and offering special discounts. I love supporting businesses that give back to others and recommend them for their quality, service, food, and service to the community!
