This was my first time trying Thai-U-Up and we ordered through Door Dash for delivery. We ordered the Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew. From my first visual impressions upon receiving and opening the containers, the food looked good, but the containers made it seem like there wasn't that much food. Of course after actually indulging the food, I found out it was plenty and quite filling. We ended up having to save some to eat later because we would have probably had a food coma after eating it all. My only complaint is the food tasted a bit sweeter than what I am normally use to tasting when comparing it to other Thai restaurants.

I have choir rehearsal a few blocks away and although I'm always looking for a quick dinner beforehand, I figured I wouldn't have time. Last night I took a chance and was very rewarded! The food was made quickly and was delicious! I will definitely return.

inconsistent fast casual counter thai spot next to 7-11. sometimes it was delicious, sometimes it was gross, all times it's not very friendly and welcoming but all times it's fast. conclusion: there's better options. side note: why my mango sticky rice always have odd color hue of random colors ?

Small restaurant. Wished I rated the food for taste and quality! I'm giving two stars because the employee while working was just eating and walking from the front to the back holding food with bare hands. Not sure if this was customers food or outside food. After seeing this. I could've finish my meal and decided to walk out. I just felt sick to my stomach. Wished they took food safety and personal hygiene a little more seriously. Otherwise they probably would've gotten a better rating today.

I love this place. It's my go-to for Thai food! I typically order via Uber eats but everything is better if you order in person: nice people, good smells, quick service!

Wanting to try out other Thai food places. Especially with the curries. I wasn't even surprised at all. Tasted the yellow curry, "oh it's sweet, maybe rice will help" but unfortunately it didn't at all. Added lots of fish sauce, still too sweet. It was too sweet for me that I wasn't able to finish it. Along with the Thai iced tea. I let some of the ice to dilute it. My instinct thought was: Curry is sweet, so the Thai tea is sweet too. Which I was right! It was also too sweet. Didn't even finish the drink as well. It's the same with other Thai restaurants that I've been too. Always so sweet... except one. That is actually balanced out.

Today (05/24) they are at the Westlake Park in downtown Seattle. Service. Friendly. Their window is high up so it was hard to hear some of the things that were asked but they were nice. Ambiance. It's outside. Thankfully the location has tables and tents so there were plenty of places to eat and enjoy your food. I took mine home Food. I ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew and Thai Ice Tea. Both were good. Wish the Pad See Ew was spicy. Nothing exciting but not bad.

Feels like quality went down. Picked up takeout and was pretty let down. Ordered spicy basil chicken, pad thai, and tom yum soup. We received a free order of spring rolls (these are the deep fried ones) because we spent over 25, the best thing I ate was the free spring rolls. The chicken tasted like shrimp paste, the pad thai was dry and didn't have much of a taste, the soup- partner said it wasn't good. Everything was edible and service is nice but their fried chicken was one of the best things I had years ago, the dish that turned me in to a fan.

Visiting from out of state (CA) and this is the first place we ate at. They were so friendly and super welcoming from the moment waked in till we left the restaurant. The food came out very fast and bursting with spices. I ordered string bean stir fry with prawns at a level four spicyness. I also ordered a Thai tea. The stir fry was scrumptious however one thing I would recommend is adding a couple more shrimps, it felt Like very little shrimp. I did like how the string green beans were soft and not super hard to the bite like other places I've tried. I love how they have a little chili "tray" with 3 of their chili's. The spiciest one is the pickled green chilis. It's a must try. It's a little hole in the wall with a chill relaxing ambiance, inviting & friendly staff and let's not forget the delicious food. When I return to Seattle I would definitely visit again.
