Thai Place

Thai Place is very convenient, located in Uwajimaya. While their prices are a bit on the high side (but not unreasonable), the portions are decent and the flavors are good. I enjoy the Penang curry, although I wish it had more meat in it.

Didn't know they were a food court restaurant. Honestly, the only good thing was my Thai iced tea. My peanut noodles were passable, but my husband said his basil curry had no basil in it.

First time trying this place. Wait was a little long. Understandable since they were short staff and it was Taylor Swift concert weekend. Ordered tofu pad see ew. It was good but the portion is a little smaller compared to what you can get at other places.

Extremely underwhelming in flavor, quantity of substantial ingredients (meat&veggies. There were tons of rice noodles, aka cheap filler), and high-priced (15$ for a small container). Will not ever return- can't believe they get away with this.

This is NOT REAL THAI FOOD!!! Ordered the simplest dish ... Thai fried rice. Tastes like plain rice, eggs n chicken.

I don't need to wait long for my hot food to be served. It is authentic, delicious and I simply enjoy my meal, every single time.You can choose the protein and the spicy level, they will send your order to the kitchen right after.It is now my most favorite place to go for Thai food. Five stars.

A friend called to ask the name of the Thai resturant that treated me badly. I told him it was Thai Place and give him the details of the number of times I contacted them with no response. I told him I think they are blocking my calls. He then called them and a female voice answered. He handed me the phone and when I gave my name and I was hung up on! He called again, this time they did not answer. He was amazed and said: "I will definately NOT use them for our office's International dinner and will spread the word of their bad behavior!ps-Wonder how Daniel H's review of 3/15/21 keeps moving to the top of the posted reviews, above mine? Too bad they do not put the same effort into customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a solid 3.5. Ignore all the 1 star reviews. For a restaurant inside of a food court, honestly it is not bad at all. Please do note that their prices have increased about 20 percent since pre-pandemic and the portions seem to have decreased slightly as well. Also the speed isn't as fast as it used to be. If you're in the area craving Americanized Thai food, this is pretty much the only spot now. Their Phad Thai, Phad Kee Mao, Phad See Iu are all comparable to other similar restaurants. Just don't expect much service. As mentioned, it is inside of a food court, so there is very limited seating and you may have to share seats with others - which is expected during busy hours.

Trash service, handed me my food in a hot ass melting plastic. I asked for a box and some napkins and the lady at the front charged me for it . Don't make my mistake, eat somewhere else. Even trash comes in bags, guess this place is worse than that. XDFood was Ight 4/10.

OMG, this is the most amazing Thai food I've ever tasted!!!!!!!!!!!!Red Currys my absolute favorite!
