This little local favorite is low on the radar, but don't let that fool you. It's a small place with fantastic food. The servers and employees are so funny. They obviously love their jobs. The menu is very extensive and I've never had a bad meal. The silver noodles and panang are both excellent.

Delicious Thai food, cozy restaurant, and friendly service! We ordered the lunch specials which were priced very well and came with soup, your choice of veggie spring roll or eggroll, along with your entrée of choice. We ordered the massaman curry and pad see ew. Everything was flavorful, came it quickly, and authentic. Definitely stop Thai Pan Cuisine in Encinitas!

The food is tasty, the service is lovely, and the ambience is very nice and calming!! Came here for lunch -- they have a great lunch special! Each lunch entree comes with daily soup and hand roll or egg roll! There is seating both inside and outside, and they do have a bathroom for customers.I've been going here for a few years now, but it's definitely a lovely whole in the wall restaurant. I highly suggest the hand roll, yellow curry, and thai fried rice! Also the thai tea is delicious and the mango sticky rice is huge! We will be back :)
