Great Thai food. Little on the pricy side but worth it. Can specify spice level, decent portions.

Very tasty, fairly authentic Thai food with plenty of clearly vegan options.We stopped in for dinner on a Sunday just before 6pm, and the restaurant was already packed. Luckily, they were able to seat us. Seeing as they have plenty of vegan options, we had plenty to choose from. We got:-Pad Kee Mao with fried tofu ($17.50 plus tax). We ordered this 2/3 spicy, and it was quite spicy indeed. Very rich flavours, with lots of dark soy, light-to-moderate sweetness, and quite a lot of richness. It came with plenty of flat rice noodles, lots of veggies, and a few large pieces of fried tofu. Real nice. 4.5/5-Pad Prik-Khing with fried tofu ($17.50 plus tax). We also ordered this 2/3 spicy, and it was also quite spicy indeed. Very rich red curry flavours, with plenty of veggies and some fried tofu. Maybe a bit over the top and lacking nuance, but very tasty overall. 4/5-Choo-chee (yellow) curry with soft tofu ($19). We ordered this 3/3 spicy, and I'd say it was moderately spicy. This was perhaps the least invigorating dish just because it was simple. The curry was nicely spiced and balanced, but only came with 9 pieces of soft tofu, plus some bell peppers. Good, but a bit underwhelming, especially considering the steep price. 3.5/5Service was extremely kind and reasonably fast. Very solid spot for vegan-friendly Thai in central Bellingham. Recommended.

I loved all of it!The place is in a great location.Ambience is great. Feels somehow upscale.Staff is very friendly and attentive.Food is just great!Their hot sauce and paste is delicious.A great choice!

They were all good, though I wish the rice/noodle dishes were a little bigger :)=== 3. SERVICE It's been great each time - from check in to ordering to food delivery, clearing, and check out. Always attentive and bright yet professional.=== 4. ENVIRONMENT So there's a neat modern, clean lines, yet indoor garden vibe to it with plants hanging from the ceiling throughout the restaurant. The open view of the kitchen helps too. It's also spacious enough for groups large and small, as well as wheelchairs and baby strollers. Parking may be the only gripe - it's always busy in this complex, because of the Trader Joe's next door or otherwise!

While in town for Mount Baker Theatre tried this place on a whim. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area & craving Thai!

Delicious! Absolutely recommend. I had pad kee mao (drunken noodle) at 3 stars spice. They warned me about the spice level. It was a good heat. The flavor was great. Fresh veggies. I ordered it with fried tofu. I'd probably try it with raw tofu next time.

Well we went in to get a bite to eat because we were ravenous and didn't want to shop at TJs on an empty stomach. Pad Krow with chicken was delicious, chock full of chicken and crispy basil. Nice selection of crisp veggies. Massaman curry had excellent tender lamb chunks in an earthy curry sauce, the roti was deep fried (not to my liking as it was too crispy to soak up the sauce)Very nice and clean, love the retro table and chairs made it hygge! Service was friendly and efficient.

I've eaten many places in Thailand, and it doesn't get better than this. I heard great things about Thai Mason and was eager to try it. Right on! Because I wanted to try a variety of dishes, I ordered enough food to last me and my partner a week. It was wonderful!The Larb Isan was delicious. I like a little more lime, and slices were delivered to me before I could set my fork down. I am not partial to eggplant, but my love adores it--so I ordered the Pad Eggplant mainly for him. I have to say it was a lovely dish replete with lots of lovely silky vegetables and sauce, and he was ecstatic over it. The side of fried chicken thigh was perfect--crispy and moist. The brown rice, nutty and chewy as it should be. I've never had jackfruit meat before, so I chose that for the amazing Tom Yum Soup--ha! I loved it! The caramelized pork belly on the menu was unexpected to me and an irresistible thing to order. As it turns out, it is irresistible to eat too--lovely by its sweet self or atop the rice. Food came almost instantly!Jen was our wonderful, cheerful and amazing server. She is on top of everything--and if you have any uncertainty about anything, she can immediately steer you in a good direction.

The food was spectacular! Honestly, the best Thai food I have had and I'm comparing to Thai restaurants in NYC and San Francisco.Kudos to the chefs!

Delicious! Great selection in their menu and the customer service was good as well. I would recommend the pork belly appetizer. You can't go wrong.
