Thai inbox was my go to Thai food restaurant for the longest time when they were in Skokie by the mall. They used to be primarily a take out restaurant but I was thrilled to see that they opened up an a restaurant with seating. Once we arrived we were seated right by the windows. Our server quickly came by to offer us water and we were able to place our orders and the food came out quickly. We got the pad thai with beef and the pad see ew with chicken. Both dishes came out with a great size portion and tons of great flavors. The quality of food as good as I have always remembered. After we received our food, we had to wait for quite some time to get our server to refill drinks and get the check. We would certainly come back to enjoy other dishes.

This is my second visit. Food is really good. I tried the Pad Thai this time and it was good. My first time I ordered the chicken panang curry, which was fabulous. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was working really hard. Nice location with parking but you are also fighting for a space with Trader Joe's. You will still find a spot.

Wanted to get a quick bite to eat before heading over to Trader Joe's. The service was very quick to get food. The ambiance of the restaurant was a pretty typical small sit down, the fans were a little loud. The food was OK, the spring rolls (kids ate too fast before i could snap a picture) were the best part of the meal. The squid Kao Soy was a little salty for my preference.

We returned after a while (I guess after 7 years lol), and had a carryout of two of their lunch specials. They were tasty and good values, and we were happy with the lunch. We had a green curry chicken ($11.49) and a beef Pad Kee Mao ($10.99). Both came with a small veggie egg roll and a can of soda. I asked for less sauce on the Pad Kee Mao and it was just right for us. The order was hot and ready in 15 minutes. Thank you!

The food here is excellent. The one woman who runs the entire kitchen gets the food out so fast, she beats fast food. It's always so hot, fresh, and delicious! Bee is such a great server too; always pleasant when we come in. I have tried all the noodle dishes and my wife loves the pad see eiw. It's also super clean in here, compared to most restaurants.The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I love spicy, not hot (like fake peppers/hot sauce that is hot to be hot, but not flavorful). I've ordered it level 5 spicy (their hottest) and it was like a medium, to me, at best.

Really enjoyed the food! The service was attentive and polite. Great place for Thai food.

Thai inbox used to be the best Thai food around the NW Suburbs. Last few times very disappointed. Noodles sticky and no flavor.When I asked for Chili Paste to go that gave me Hot Sauce packets. Not even Thai hot sauce.Do they have new owners???

Don't eat here! First and last time for us! As if being ignored while the waitress focused solely on the other table wasn't bad enough, when hubby's dish did finally arrive, it was ice cold (obviously had sat around for quite some time). Mine came out much later and was super spicy despite ordering it medium spicy so I wasn't able eat it. She offered to heat up hubby's food in the microwave but the best she could do for our negative experience was a 10% discount. Perhaps I could put this generous discount towards a McDonald's meal on the way home.If you want cold, spicy food and you enjoy not eating at the same time as your spouse, come to this place. Hey, if you're lucky they'll even heat your food up in the microwave!
