Thai in Decatur

Solid first experience! I frequently order fried (crispy) tofu. It's my favorite appetizer at Thai spots. This was up there with my favorites around town. I ordered via Uber eats and despite the drive (and stops along the way), the tofu was crispy and hot when it arrived. It was more that just a fried skin. The coating had a bit of texture which I really enjoyed. The only other things I ordered were a side of rice and steamed veggies. I thought the prices were very fair for what I got. I'll order again!

New experiences are often well worth the effort. Thai in Decatur is an example of a street kitchen located with other kitchens in a grub hub. Each kitchen provides a website to review the offerings, prices and pictures. You compose your order and wait for the pickup text. It contains a code that opens a locker in the building entrance area where your order is ready for pickup. Worked like a charm and my simple lunch Pad Thai order was steamy hot and very good. Especially the iced honey/lime tea. All in all, I regret this concept has not materialized in Louisville. I'm looking forward to it.

The food was authentic, like street food from Bangkok, Thailand. The spiciness was intense, perfect for those who enjoy it. The portion size was ideal, and the price was affordable compared to other restaurants. Additionally, the service was fast. An interesting aspect is that you can simply pick up the food and take it home. Moreover, they are open all night, so if you want to grab a bite before going to a dance or nightclub, you can easily do so.

The best pad Thai I've had since I was in Thailand! ORDER IT! Amazing flavor!! Fast service . And it was 10:30pm when I ordered it.

Not Thai. But it is in Decatur. The Pad Thai was basically oily lo mein with peanuts, lime and sprouts on the side. There was none of the care or precision you would expect from a restaurant that is truly concerned with its reputation. I wouldn't order from them again unless I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and somehow forgot how epically bad my $20 Pad Thai was on 3/9/2024.

This is the first time that I have ordered food from them, I am so excited to know that there is Thai street food in Decatur. I order Pad see ew pork, Pad Thai shrimp, Grilled chicken and Green curry chicken. OMG everything is so good. It is just like the food from Thailand. It is very authentic especially pad Thai is so good and perfect. Pad see ew is so good also. For my opinion, it is the best pad Thai that I have ever had. I really recommend this place. Definitely I will order from them again.
