Thai House Restaurant

Quickly seated and ordered within 4 minutes--1 minute after reviewing the menu. Instrumental music playing--guitar. A few tables emptied so very quiet just before 1:00 pm. Wife ordered a dish with 0 spice and I ordered mine Thai spicy 5. Not sure if it is a Bellingham thing but level 5 spicy is SOOOOOOO weak. The only place that has gotten close is Blue Mountain Grill otherwise every Thai restaurant from Blaine to Fairhaven is a level 2. The flavor was excellent but not Spicy even with added chili paste. Maybe I'm spoiled from 60 years of Los Angeles thousands of multicultural restaurants with so many different. Also, the portion for my dish was barely enough for a child. Disappointed yet again.

A hidden gem! Really affordable and delicious Thai food. I always get my food really quickly and it's always super fresh. Definitely a new go-to.

Food was pretty bland. Service was also okay, it took awhile for our drinks to be asked for and our order to be taken. Then when the food arrive, we were never checked in by the waitress until we were getting ready to leave. I believe the only okay item was the curry rice that came with chicken, shrimp, pineapple, and nuts. Other than, nothing very special here.

It was fine. They have been there for 28 years, and the interior looks like it. If you are at all into having a clean environment, probably not your place. Food was good, it was fine.When you order curry you have to pay extra for rice. I have never had that before.Non-repeat place for us

Justs topped in to try. Green curry was watery/over fish sauced in taste/ all bamboo shoots/ small amount of chicken/ barely a vegetable to be had except bamboo shoots. They gave 1/2 pint of rice barely enough for one person. I also tried the Tom Yum with prawns, much tastier but not as vibrant as should be. Overall they need to step up their game especially with curries. Nice people. Just not much for a 31.00 price tag. Sorry won't be returning.

Everything tasted delicious. We ordered for pickup, just for me [my husband refuses to try Thai with me, as he has had bad experiences with Thai food] and they were kind to accommodate right before closing. I was surprised at the price and sizes for sauces. My husband went in to pick up, as I am disabled. We did not receive a receipt, so i do not know why it was so expensive. Over $20. I ordered a large peanut sauce and was bummed to receive a small soufflé cup of it, under a couple ounces. I wanted a side of coconut curry, and it was good, but I expected it to be just curry, it had vegetables in it. If i had known it would be with veggies, and that I was getting a big order of it, then i would have asked for tofu too. Also, I asked for spicy sauce on side, and it was so too small, like only a couple teaspoons of it!!! The rice was only a small thing of rice, about one cup, which was definitely not enough for the meal. So, some dissatisfaction. We will have to go back sometime and try again.

Very refreshing taste! Order spicy noodles and pad Thai from lunch menu. Food was sooooo amazing! They served soup with lunch, also amazing! Must try if you are in the area craving some good Thai!

Love this place. Service is great, I have celiacs and they are very helpful with letting me know what I can eat on the menu. This is my go to take out place. Highly recommend.

We ordered takeout by phone. It was done very quickly and wasvery tasty. Owners are super sweet and helpful.

Went there and got red chicken curry. 20 dollars. Which is expensive for the size this was in my opinion. The rice box is hobbit size. Also the curry wasn't was like warm at best. Don't know if they heated it up or made some kind of mistake. Had to microwave it and I live 2 minutes away from place and waited there for my curry.
