I'm surprised by these reviews as our food was great and the service was excellent and attentive. We ordered two appetizers and two noodle dishes -all tasty. Five stars for this alone: I accidentally left without my purse, but the host literally ran down the street to find me and return the purse to me. Many, many thanks. We'll be back.

Stopped in while staying a night in Seattle. This restaurant is located in a newer trendy court yard in the Northgate Theatre complex. The spring rolls were standard, and to me at least they all seem to come from prepared frozen food regardless of the restaurant. The Chicken Pad Thai was flavorful and plentiful with enough left we required a take out box. I ordered the Fusion Orange Chicken and asked for medium spice but it arrived with no spice. I asked for some spice sauce which helped. I believe there are likely better dishes, but not being a Thai Food expert these worked for us. Worth a try if you like Thai food.

Was a regular here.. WOMP WOMP SERVICE SUCKED. He banned me after I left no tip because I found hair in my food. Food pretty decent all I ever ordered was the Phad Thai. There's been multiple reviews that included SAK. Sak is the guy in the front with an off-putting demeanor. Everyone seems to get mixed vibes because the only time he talks to you is when he seats you then the next and last time you talk to him it's when he leaves the bill. Seems like he hates his job and people. He never asked if we needed something else he didn't even look at us when he set the food down. Like someone else said "A man without a smiling face should never open a shop.". Now back to the food with the hair in it. After I payed the bill he tried to bully me into a tip. I told him no and said " thank you and god bless you " because he just started ranting on how busy he was and how I have to tip and this is the last time he's serve me. I would go basically everyday. Fortunately there's a nice lady who works there. If you see SAK I'd walk the other way. Good luck ! :)

Felt like some Thai and ran into this place. Walked in....was greeted and taken to my table. Ordered a Pineapple Fried Rice and it was good. Looked around and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and having a good time. If you're in the area stop by and grab a bite to eat.

We are in town visiting and needed a place to eat. We love Thai and quickly headed over here. The wait time was none. The ordering was easy. The food was yummy! The gentleman working there was the entire reason for this review. Above and beyond. His kindness was wonderful. He helped remake a meal we misunderstood even though we said he didn't have to. He was also wonderful with our entire group & the kids. Brought the food outside for us and even checked on us outdoors even though our order was to go. Wow! I am very thankful for the kindness to this restaurant! I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area! Thank you!

I'm a bit surprised by the reviews, I thought the food was really good and I'm typically very picky about Thai food. Definitely could have been a lot spicier tho. The waiter made it seem like 4 would be HOT, we got a 3 and it was not hot at all. Ambiance wasn't the greatest but the food to me was still worth going for! We got the salmon coconut curry and crispy garlic chicken.

Service is absolutely horrible. Waited over 25 minutes to be seated another couple shows up 20 minutes into us waiting & get seated before us, red flag. After we get seated 15 minutes pass no one came to ask us what we want to drink there was no waiter that came to introduce themselves to tell us they were going to be helping us absolutely nothing nobody talk to us at all I looked around and everyone who showed up after us had been helped my partner and I got up and left its very unfortunate we didn't even get to try theFood as we drove over 40 minutes and been dying to try it. I never experienced anything like this. I'm not the type to leave reviews ever especially bad ones but this was unacceptable.
