Take out order of Tom Yum noodle soup-shrimp (medium spicy) and Pad Ki Mao-chicken (medium spicy) was good. The pickup service was prompt and the flavors in the food ordered were good. Will definitely try other items on the menu here. There is ample seating inside the restaurant with tables & chairs which can be moved to accommodate a larger group. Free street parking in front of the restaurant is a plus. It's a busy commercial street so it can get busy during rush hour.

My husband and I went twice this week. It's a small menu - which is a good thing. The service was quick and the wait staff was pleasant. My husband Loooved the spicy eggplant. Enough so that he got it twice.I got the Pho and the Pad se Ew with chicken. And they were both fine.

That ice tea was too sweet but a good portion.Thai boo fried rice was too salty but the crispy chicken lack flavor. I enjoyed the rice for the first few minutes but then could not finish it. Decided to bring it home and try to salvage it. Maybe mix with some cauliflower rice or something.Pad Kee Mao is spicy and overall pretty good. It also tasted too salty towards the end.Prices were definitely on the expensive side. Roughly $20 a plate. 2 dishes and $4 drink you are looking at about $44 before taxes and tip.The restaurant itself was empty for a Thursday evening during dinner time. We were the only table dining in. I did see at least 3-5 groups doing take out though.Street parking only around this area, you would probably need to parallel park. It is surprisingly full of cars I probably wouldn't be coming back due to the high prices and just okay food. Luckily the service is pretty good

Hands down the Best Thai food in the Norfolk area, imo. And I'm a Thai snob having tried different Thai restaurants across the country for years. Staff are friendly and good size portions. The house fried rice with chicken is my favorite dish. Overall: A

Thai Boo is located right at the town center, with a big dining area and easily recognized signage. Parking can be challenging, because the street is so busy and the area has lots of restaurants goers. Some of my favorites include its chicken wings ad pineapple fried rice. For some reason, I didn't know Pad Kee Mao means Drunken Noodles. Ah, so happy they offer drunken noodle! The prices add up quickly. Here is a recent order of mine, 1 ×Crab Rangoon - $8.951 ×Thai Boo Chicken Wings - $9.951 ×Spicy Eggplant - $13.95Prepare Dish with: Pork1 ×Pad See Eew - $13.95Prepare Dish with: Chicken1 ×Pad Kee Mao - $13.95Prepare Dish with: Pork1 ×Pineapple Fried Rice - $13.95Prepare Dish with: TofuSubtotal - $74.70Tax - $5.23TOTAL - $79.93On my most recent visit when the mask guideline had been relaxed, nobody (the patron or the workers) wore a mask inside. Earlier when I visited prior to July, I believe the workers had mask on. Highly recommend this place, it has a fairly easy online ordering process, where you will need to create an account. The food is prepared fast and they package very well.

I like this little restaurant. They are earnest people, two sisters I think. It's small, not really a dining location, but it could be if people started eating out again. It's cozy and quiet. A good place to set camp on a snowy winter's eve with a group of family or friends. The food is honest, unglamorous, authentic, almost family-style cooking. And they have a Tom Yum soup entree with noodles that you won't find anywhere. It is extremely satisfying. I won't go into menu item descriptions here. But, I will tell you that on our most recent, freezing, New Year's Eve, this tiny restaurant cooked us a warm and delightful meal when all other restaurants were crammed. The ladies could not have been more pleased to serve us and the other hungry wanderers. They kept smiling all the time. They have my patronage. Please try them.

Went here to try Thai, as it is getting harder and harder to find Thai restaurants outside the city of Boston.Ordered Thai chicken wings, these were good, but ambience wasn't something like most Thai restaurants that add carrots and onions on the side. Ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken, was very good and tasty.Ordered pad, Thai with chicken, also delicious and very good.Ordered pad Kee mao, this was my dish. The other dishes were all the restaurant goers at my table. This meal has a pepper next to it for spicy, if you order it, it will be three out of three spicy, if you want lighter gold, one or two. I must say this was an amazing dish had all the great flavors, yes, it burned my mouth out and I sweated to no wind. But it was so amazingly good and euphoric, it is rare that I use that term " euphoric" to describe how good something taste, but there is no other word for it, I would highly recommend this dish. The standards, Theo's tea and Theo's coffee. We're also spot on. Will definitely be revisiting.
