Terzo Bakery and Cafe

What a nice quaint little cafe! The staff are always friendly and courteous! They have lots of pastries, cakes and other desserts! We found this cafe a couple months ago and have been coming every week. We love their beef turnovers, jalapeño turnovers, ham & cheese croissants. Today, I saw them come out with some fresh out of the oven blueberry scones so I had to try them. It was so delicious. What I love is that it's not overly sweet like most scones. It's just the right amount of sweetness. I was too excited and forgot to take a picture of the blueberry scones. LolI have also tried their mexican wedding cookies and they were delicious!! Once again, not overly sweet. The sweetness basically comes from the powdered sugar on them and just a little from the cookie itself.If you are looking for some delicious pastries and desserts that aren't overly sweet you have to stop by stop Terzo Bakery and Cafe!!

I was in need of a custom birthday cake for my daughters 25th birthday party which was SpongeBob themed lol I had a photo of a cake and went into the bakery on a Thursday and asked if they could make the cake and have it ready on Sunday and they said no problem...they knocked it out of the park!! They did such a great job and the flavor of the cake was so yummy! I got a round strawberry shortcake cake that ended up feeding 15 people! The cake was super moist, loved the fact that the strawberries were still slightly frozen when we had the cake and the whipped cream icing was so light and fluffy it was SO GOOD! The bakery is located on Third Avenue in Downtown Chula Vista, I happened to pick the cake up during their Lemon Festival and even though it was super busy for the festival I was still able to find street parking really quickly. The bakery is small, clean, staff were super nice. They have lots of French baked goods (the croissants are HUGE) and of course cakes!! If you're in need of a custom cake at a decent price come to Terzo!!

I spent 5 days in the area and went here 3 times. I got iced coffee twice & hot once. Also got baked goods two of the times. Everything I got was good and the employees were generally friendly. Small inside, but there are benches outside as well.

I stopped by to kill time on a Saturday morning. To my surprise this little store has a ton of options available from hot/cold drinks to cookies to croissants. I opted for the Oreo cake and Aztec mocha. The cake doesn't have an Oreo filling or taste, sadly. The Aztec mocha (cold) was light and delightful. The service was quick and efficient - can't complain. You can enjoy your desserts inside as there are tables and chairs available. I'll have to return to indulge in the tres leches cake. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

This little bakery is in the heart of downtown Chula Vista. I've been here a few times and everything I've ordered so far is tasty. This time I've ordered several cannolis and a berry fruit tart. I've been craving cannolis and was not let down! The service was fantastic - I was warmly greeted and treats were nicely packed. I didn't stay, but place was very clean and quiet. Perfect for a little coffee/dessert date.

pastries were good, but the service and cold beverages order need to improve. I'm not a person who complains but this time I decided to ask the young lady who was working if she could remake our caramel frappes because they literally had no taste, they taste like melted frozen ice. first they took longer than average to make them, the place was empty so no excuse. I was kind and explained her her that it's not my first time there, what upset me was she was trying to convince me that they did taste good, she even said I know because I tasted them before I gave them to you. that is not a good response, she was trying to tell me that I'm wrong and she is right, in other words drink the drink i made. i turned around and went back to my tablue very unhappy. Left our 4 drinks we orders on the table and left.

Been here a few times because my mom loves their pastries. We have not been disappointed. Their tarts, eclairs, and cakes are very tasty. Everything looks so good that we always end up over ordering when we go (could get a little pricey), but nothing goes to waste! Parking could be a bit hard to come by on busy weekends, but there is a nearby parking structure.

The pastries and coffee are super good !Definitely a place to go to grab a snack when you're in the area , Little cozy gem tucked in the corner , staff was helpful and friendly ! 10/10 support ya local business !

Super good tasting matcha latte, not too sugary but also not too earthy which was solid. Staff was very friendly and the ambiance was super cool.

We had the fruit and strawberry tortes and they were very good! I like that they're not sweet and light.We will definitely be back to try other delicious looking pastries and drinksLet's support our small local bakeries
