Nice menu options with very good tasting food. Service was great and the ambience is very pretty, ornate, and traditional. Felt like a bit of a classier Chinese restaurant, a great premium option in Everett. Not too expensive tho!

Stopped in for dinner last night. Really high quality Asian food, with tasty drinks and good service. The Mongolian beef is really, really good, as were the shrimp rangoons. They have specials, including cocktail specials. The hazelnut old fashioned had just enough hazelnut where it wasn't overpowering.Appreciate that when you want to take leftovers home, they package it up nicely for you as if it is takeout. We will start coming here for takeout Asian/Chinese food.

Loved the food - we were looking for a good Chinese place in the area and this is it! The food is great, the location is perfect and the restaurant looks pretty fancy! We ordered drunken chicken and asked them to make it a but spicy and bam it was the perfect sweet and spicy flavour!! Also ordered Emerald fire noodles and it was decent - although it had a gingery kick to it that I wasn't a big fan of but my husband loved it. Also the best item on the menu for me was their Green Beans it is a side dish but boy I could eat it as an entire meal!!

Still a favorite but very disappointed in my last visit. 7pm on a Sunday perhaps not the best time but they advertise as being open till 9pm. Staff was already cleaning up for the evening and felt a bit out of sorts with having to serve us. Got the coconut soup and it was over salted. Mongolian Beef had no heat and was very sweet. No chili's at all and it's supposed to be a spicy dish. The lamb was tender but had so much cumin and other spices on it that it was not very appetizing. This is the second time in the last few months that the flavors/quality was below their usual standard.

It's been a while since I updated the review, and since my previous visits. I was a regular here for about 10 years, but the chefs had changed, and so did the recipes. Had I updated my review then, it would've been down to probably 2 stars because it no longer worked for me and was a stark contrast from my previously-glowing review. Significant waitstaff turnover left people who were novice/junior, the food itself didn't really have the same flavor profile as it did in the first decade, so I didn't really care to go back; they could've been (and were) better.A friend of mine and I decided to give it a shot again. Apparently some of the former chefs have come back so the recipes have *almost* returned to their previous state, which was a relief. I constantly ask for 5 stars but the net seems to only be about 3 or so. They can spice up the green beans but seem to fail with the chicken. Which is quite peculiar to me. The prices have certainly increased as well, and unfortunately the portions have shrunk. The place is loud, not a lot of sound dampening so I try to sit in the bar/lounge area; even still there just isn't enough treatment so it gets increasingly louder and louder and it's hard to hold a conversation with someone directly across from me.It won't be on my regular rotation as much as it used to be but the food has returned to a much better state since. Might consider just getting this to go in the future even though it's a bit of a drive from home.

Overall the food was on point and great service. The Kalbi ribs were amazing in flavor and texture and the pad thai was also very delicious too as well as the 5 spice soup you had available for the soup of the day, nice pieces of brisket with other vegetables to accompany the soup. One thing that really stood out with this place was the atmosphere and overall service from the waitress very upbeat and friendly and kept coming over asking how we were doing my brother and I as well as asking how we like the food. If you're looking for a place to eat, this is the place.

Terracotta Red is perfect for hosting large groups. My bi-ad partner needed a restaurant in Everett to accommodate a party of 12 at the last minute. The service was really good, and there was a lot of food offered for a small dinner party. The food served was preselected by the host, and most attendees enjoyed everything; the salad and garlic noodles were good.If you're seeking a place in Everett to host a small party at the last moment Terracotta Red will be a great option.

Made reservations for a Friday night and were very kindIy received by the hostess even when we showed up a few minutes late. It has been years since I first came here, so we decided to come again to try out the new menu. We were a group of four, so we decided to get four dishes and share them family style. My favorite dish was the mongolian beef. The slightly sweet flavor was a great compliment to the green onions. The drunken chicken and chow mein were also very flavorful and delicious. The portions are much larger than you would expect so beware as we had lots of leftovers to take home. The service was fantastic. The server made sure we were well taken care of.

First time here today. Went for lunch with a friend. Hostess and waitress were nice and friendly and cheeful. The food was really good. I had the sweet basil beef with vegetables. Flavorful and lots of vegetables, which I love. Friend had his favorite, tangerine beef. I had a bite and it was wonderful. Crispy and flavorful. Both come with a choice of soup or salad and rice (white or brown). We had the salad and the miso-ginger vinaigrette is so good and light on the mixed greens and it's topped with fried yam chips. I'll be coming back as there were so many other items on the lunch menu that looked good as did the dinner menu and cocktail list. Also noticed they have many items marked (GFO) which is great as many Asian places are off limits for my gluten free friends.

The food there was terrible, not to mention the fact that everything is a-la- cart. You don't even get rice with your entree. You pay extra for it. The day we were there, the service was also terrible. The servers, two of them and there were only a few people in the restaurant, stood in the bar area and talked and didn't pay any attention to customers
