Teriyaki Plus

VERY disappointing. Customer service doesn't exist here. I recently came in to try their teriyaki, when I attempted to adjust my food order from my white rice to fried rice, they gruffly told me "No! Your order had already been put in!" Mind you, this was literally seconds later. I also was willing to pay MORE for the adjusted order. Food was overpriced and underwhelming . Don't waste your time here, there are plenty of better teriyaki options in the area, with better food/prices and Real Customer service!

This is my go-to spot if I don't bring lunch to work. It's a quick four minute from where I work and I always order online to pick it up. Whenever I get there, my food is always there and ready to go. The staff here are also very kind and caring, which makes for great customer service! I have ordered other items besides the chicken katsu before and everything is quite tasty and satisfying. The prices are definitely reasonable. The chicken katsu was $10.99+tax, which comes with rice and a side of salad.

I decided to try out Door Dash, and Teriyaki Plus was my lunch pick. I ordered the spicy pork teriyaki. I liked it so much, I've made Teriyaki Plus my GO TO teriyaki spot in the South end of Seattle. Recently, I called in an order, and asked what the daily special was. It was chicken and gyoza. I went with that. It was $9.99 and even came with a drink! I was happy with my choice. Their chicken is really good. Good quality, no fatty pieces and good sauce! The service is quick, the teriyaki is great & I love the daily specials!

Located in SODO & non-franchise, family owned friendly service. Great for catering! Excellent food due to quality ingredients. There is a parking lot in the side & street parking. Can order ahead for pickup via Clover site. Not open on weekends.

First lunch special and I hope to return for more ! Chicken was prepared just right ! Washed and marinated well , did not taste like chicken (my wife's wording). Wednesday's lunch special at the time

If I could give this place a 0 I would. lady at the front counter charged me 3 times for one meal and then swore up and down it didn't go through. I tried to show her the money came out and she waved me off and continued to help the next person... not only that, but I asked to use Apple Pay and she said they didn't have it but then pulled out a newer scanner for the guy behind me and let him use Apple Pay.. they have 2 scanners behind the counter! one for scamming customers like me and the other for people they like. Eat here at your own risk

Don't know whats happened over the last few months - prices are significantly higher and I just had the smallest portion of terriyaki that I have ever encountered. Ususally I can get two -three lunches out of a meal of teriyaki. not today! Wouldn't of minded paying $19 for the usual servingt size cause I realize costs have increased but the carton wasn't even half full of what I ordered. Also the veggies were charred so the yakisoba tasted burnt throughout. the teriyaki beef was very good. Won't be returning.

We enjoyed the high quality of foods (of course, delicious) from a flawlessly clean kitchen. The service is timely and appropriate.We will definitely visit again

Love this place. Their food is always consistent and the staff is so friendly. The kicker is their spicy teriyaki sauce that they have on the tables. Amazing. We always buy a bottle or two to take home. Being open during the week for lunch is the only drawback, but it's a small family business so I get it...
