$23.14 for "Chicken & General Tso's & Gyoza".Fair price for a solid amount of food; definitely two meals worth. The Gyoza is too fried for me but I was full from eating the chicken teriyaki plate alone, and you can just get that for $14.99.Inside diner is a little small so ordering to-go is popular. No complaints on service.

I walked in to this place on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the chicken teriyaki to go. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. I got home and was sure surprised to see a huge amount of food. The rice was excellent (I love steamed rice) and the teriyaki chicken was really tasty. There's enough food for two or three meals. Plus they gave me a salad. All this for $13! This place is good and I'll definitely be back.

Call Ian at 8:27 at first didn't get no answer. Call back got answer and they told me they close. I'm looking on the website and it looks like they close at 9 o'clock. Come on now.

I love having this as my local teriyaki place! They get a great light char on the chicken with a nice sticky sauce and fluffy rice. I usually get the plain chicken teriyaki order; I've gotten the spicy teriyaki before but found it's better if you add your own Sriracha to the regular one. I've only done take out here and the place doesn't seem set up for dine-in. It's a small hole-in-the-wall that's definitely popular with locals. Ordering online is quick and easy and the order is usually ready within ~15 minutes. There's limited street parking only in this area but I've never had trouble finding a nearby spot to run in and grab my food.

Tried this place twice. Chicken was so dry an rubbery, walked in around 8:20 well before closing time which was at 9pm. Asian guy in kitchen was staring me down hard as i was ordering as to hurry up. He suggested a soup (I guess because it was the quickest thing to make) which i definitely wouldn't have ordered. All the chairs were up on the tables ready for closing. I wanted to sit and eat as I had just had a 4 mile walk but they insisted i ordered take out only as they were "closing soon". I asked if I can sit and eat and they said no sorry we're closing soon. Food was ready around 8:30 which could have given me plenty of time to sit and eat, but my food was given to me in a plastic bag and there was definitely some hostility given to me for wanting to eat there. Avoid this place the food is horrible and service is garbage.

I would rate the teriyaki here as a 2.5 and will round up to 3. It's a convenient location and I've never had an issue with finding parking right outside. I generally get the pork teriyaki with sauce on the side. The salad is a basic iceberg but it tastes fresh and the dressing is adequate. The teriyaki itself is tasty but a little dry. The big issue I have is the proportion of meat to rice. The amount of meat is pitiful for the price and the amount of rice given just accentuates the fact that there is so little meat.

For YEARS this was my absolute go-to for teriyaki; no one could touch their sauce. But alas nothing can last forever. The restaurant was sold and the new owners changed the recipe, and it's barely mediocre at best. I am now on the search for a new teriyaki spot.

It IS madness when you look at the website, call and place and order and when you arrive to pick up your order your TWO $8.99 orders of chicken teriyaki and told your total is $35.50! DOUBLE??!! Person on register said they were unable to update their website.... Which is strange to me because most other businesses manage to do it! She was argumentative and unpleasant when I pointed out she was attempting to charge double the price on the website. Food was okay, nothing special just standard OVERPRICED teriyaki! Shameful customer service though!

First: I hate how Yelp doesn't have half scores since I would give this place more of a 3.5. There are lots of things going for this place: the quick service and the kind people are the best of them. The location is also bustling, which means enough people like their food. However, I was left feeling underwhelmed after coming due to a friends recommendation. This place's food isn't bad but I wouldn't go again unless my go-to teriyaki place is closed. The portions are big but it just didn't hit right. The sauce had good flavor but there was so little of it and it was on the watery side. The salad was fridge cold, which is typically fine if the dressing wasn't a thick goopy consistency that made me not want to touch it. The rice was abundant, and the chicken itself has one thing I think is worth mentioning: a great charred crust on the chicken. If I could combine every element from my fav teriyaki place + the char on this chicken, then my outlook would be different. But all in all, it's all just okay.

Went there for dinner and IT WAS SOO AFFORDABLE! Other places are expensive but I got the chicken teriyaki and gyoza (extra rice since I didn't want veggies) and it came out to $16. Food was good, service was great, and was in-and-out.
