Really quite bad. I don't often leave single star reviews, but I was shocked at how poor the food was from this spot on Saturday, March 30, 2024. The Chicken Katsu was burned and hard, and cold too. The side noodles were cold and waxy, the Chicken Eggroll was damp and cold, and the beef was chewy. I don't know who in the heck is working in this kitchen weekends at around 6:00 pm, but they absolutely don't care what is going out to the patrons. Horrible, cold food, this is a hard pass in the future for us. Shameful, and not sanitary.

I ordered the large chicken teryaki today. The chicken was fire-grilled with the perfect amout of char on the outside while the chicken was flavorful and juicy on the inside. Perfect amount of rice and cabbage to go along with it. I got 2 meals out of it and it was around 15 bucks or so. Service was friendly and fast. Nice little spot

This location never answers the phone, it's been multiple times I try to place an order over the phone and nobody picks up. This last time that I arrived after trying to call, the guy at the front was on his cell phone having a full on conversation while the restaurant phone rang. Owner needs to train his employees, all reviews on this location have stated that the service is lacking.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!I called to place an order over the phone and the total the cashier was giving was not adding up so I immediately asked her to cancel my order and decided to just go in person. When I placed my order the amount was different then the one I was giving over the phone. As I am waiting for my order the cashier is screaming to the cook ( WEY una pinche vieja me cancelo una order de 4 bowls por que no salía la cuenta and the cooks were laughing and she keep saying si WEY esa pinche vieja marco y cancelo y toda vía no colgaba) as I am sitting waiting for the order I notice it was me she was talking about. Her and the cooks that keep using the word WEY and NO MAMÉS.I immediately got up and told her it's me your talking about I literally asked you for the same order as on the phone. She said well I didn't know it was you. I told her she shouldn't be talking about any of the customers like that when there are more costumers present. I demanded a full refund and left. Definitely NEVER coming back. If you feel like hearing how they talk about you when you place an order on the phone this is the place to be.
