Teriyaki Box

I've been eating here for about 10 years. It's changed owners a few times. This new owner took over during Covid, she is one of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever met. I typically get the regular chicken teriyaki and when they took over, they lowered the price to 12.99. (For reference, McDonald's meal is about 12.99... I much rather eat here!) the portion is large, if your are NOT a pig like me it's enough for 2 meals.

We were at Walmart and this was close by. I'm glad we tried it--we'll be back! The atmosphere was great and the people were so friendly. We tried the chicken yakisoba and chicken stir fry. Loved it!

I was in the area during lunch time so I decided to give this place a try. I got the tofu yakisoba and the California roll. The California roll was decent nothing spectacular.The yakisoba came with A LOT of cabbages and not enough noodle. Rice was also included. The tofu was cut in very small pieces. Flavor was decent. The only complaint was that I wish there was more noodles and less cabbage.Price was ok for what you get

Good teriyaki chicken! I've never had a salad dressing like this though lol. The dressing taste like there is wasabi, hence the green color so it was a bit spicy. However service was great! The lady was really nice.

We go to Teriyaki Box on a regular basis and we really enjoy their food and customer service. They are always very pleasant and happy when we go there.

The service here was so good. We had half chicken teriyaki half katsu with fried rice. Both kinds of chicken were tasty, I just didn't love the fried rice.

This is not your average neighborhood Teriyaki joint. We consider ourselves lucky to have such a reasonably priced and delicious Japanese restaurant that clearly cares about the freshness and quality of its food.I haven't ever had such fresh sushi in a bento box. The teriyaki is succulent. The fried rice is deliciously seasoned and has a generous amount of perfectly browned egg mixed in. Their portions are great. I wish they would package the sushi in a different container than the hot food with bento boxes because lukewarm sushi is a bit of a bummer, but it's not terribly important. Once, when we ordered, someone from the restaurant called to ask if we could substitute something they were out of. We really appreciate that. I cannot speak to the ambiance or the staff as we have only picked up food on the way home.

Teryaki Box makes the best Teryaki I could find in the area after the loss of our beloved I Luv Teryaki in Georgetown. Bonus, free Green tea on request.

Located in the downtown Renton Fred Meyers parking lot strip mall. Great teriyaki chicken dinner. Sauce is great chicken tender. Salad dressing different not sure if it's wasabi in it or ? Ok but not my favorite. Portions are fair for the price. Orange chicken was extremely chewy!! Big piece ( about the size of 3 nuggets together) of breaded and deep fried, a somewhat bitter orange sauce (not sweet) It wouldn't be too bad if you could chew the very stringy chicken. The kids really don't want it. Fried rice was very greasy but good. The egg rolls are ok just typical. It's kinda hit and miss. The restaurant is clean and plenty of tables in the small shop. The staff is quick and friendly. I observed that most orders are pick up. I'll go again for the teriyaki dinner but not sure if I'd try again with any other food options.

The food is great and the service is fast. The place is quaint and cozy. I especially like their bento box.
