Didn't want to sit in traffic leaving Auburn and was a bit hungry. Everything we ordered was delicious. Short ribs, katsu chicken, crunch roll, teriyaki chicken, gyoza, crab ragoon and egg rolls. Recommend getting the large bento as you get a variety of dishes. Portions are big too for their main entrees.Definitely will stop by if we in the area again.

The only teriyaki place you can split between two people. Actually, pre-covid you could split a chicken teriyaki and still have a little left over, but can't complain.. The owners (I assume) are nice and friendly and the spicy chicken is great!

Their customer service is horrible the lady who takes orders over the phone has the worse attitude ever and she gave the phone to a guy and his attitude is even worse. They forgot my main order and had an attitude with me like I made the mistake. And the food taste like it's out of the freezer section at safeway.

Today is a sad day. My suspicions where confirmed when a sign by the register said "punch cards from previous owner can not be used". I went here for lunch almost every Friday since March 2020, sometimes being one of their only customers of the day during the virus nonsense. Somehow, they survived. I had a hunch they changed owners. Service is super slow. Portions got smaller. Today, three of eight tables had dirty dishes sitting on them. Sweet and sour sauce as well as dressing watered down. Same kitchen staff and same menu and the teriyaki is still good.

RUDEST customer service!!! Placed an order through grub hub via yelp and called the restaurant to confirm the order went through and the lady said it didn't even though my card had been charged $100+. I then placed an order over the phone and she said it would be ready in 20 min. I called 20 min later to confirm order was ready for pickup and she said there was no order placed online OR the phone even though I had JUST spoken to her. After explaining she was the one I spoke to she just hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. Save yourself the trouble dealing with this place. Do not recommend.

Worst costumer service! No respect to paying customers!! Ordered food and they denied getting order but still charged my card for the amount. Then called to see if my order was going to be ready yet they still said it wasn't in but somehow my debit card was charged from their establishment. How did my order not get placed but my card still gets charged?

ordered a combo chicken/pork dish. waited while 3 customers who had ordered at the counter after me then finally got my order which was wrong - no combo all pork - the disorganization and lack of care for the customer is so typical of the times. Never again - not recommended.
