I am so glad I found this place in San Diego while traveling. I didn't have that much time for a full meal, but also wanted something light and healthy. I really enjoyed the juice and the veganized sandwich.

Asked for an açaí blow and got a bowl that consisted of 4 different fruits that don't even go in an açaí bowl and a sprinkle of açaí on top... didn't even eat it. To top off the place was empty so I don't see any excuse.

Teresita's Fruiteria is great! They have an extensive menu, ranging from breakfast foods to fruit salads. The service has always been quick and friendly! The cleanliness inside differs each time I go in. Sometimes, the tables are still dirty and sticky from previous customers while other times they've been spotless. Their fruit salads, smoothies, and aguas frescas are great though! I haven't had any of their actual food items like tostadas, but that's mostly because I come to Teresita's for their fresh fruit after a meal. All in all, it's a good spot in town!

Teresita's Fruteria is nothing short of amazing! I tried the scrambled egg combo and was blown away by the generous portions - bacon, sausage, eggs, rice, beans, and pancakes made for a hearty and satisfying meal.The Mollete was a ham and cheese delight, loaded with flavor and goodness. To top it off, the mango strawberry smoothie was simply divine - a refreshing burst of fruity goodness.This place has instantly become my go-to spot in Chula Vista. The delicious food, ample portions, and the fantastic mango strawberry smoothie make it a must-visit every time I come back. Teresita's Fruteria is a gem that deserves all the praise it gets!

I stopped by to get my daughter a simple fruit salad after her indoor soccer game. I ordered a small ensalada de frutas WITHOUT melón and papaya and everything on the side (cottage cheese and honey).We were the only customers, so it wasn't busy. My order was ready pretty quick, grabbed it and left. When I got home I had an ensalada de frutas WITH melon and papaya with everything on it... my order wasn't hard it was 1 thing and it wasn't busy. If they can't get a simple fruit salad right, makes me think twice about coming back.

This place has been here for such a long time and often gets looked over when looking for spots to eat in the South. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Everything I have ordered has always been in point. Our go-to meal is always the French toast with strawberries and bananas with a side of ice cream! They have a great breakfast croissant sandwich that has become one of my favorites. Their tortas are always good for a lunchtime meal and you can pair it with one of their licuiados. Those licuiados can be a meal in itself too. Their friendly customer service has never disappointed. I would say it's time for an ambiance remodel though. It never stay there to eat, i order and bring it home. Time for a make over! As with any restaurant the prices are getting higher, take some of increase and invest it in the shop and keep a good South San Diego business going!

My family and I love this place. We usually get the breakfast croissants and a smoothie. They have this chipotle sauce that is so dang good. The service is fast and detailed. They always decorate for the upcoming holiday which I love to see because for me it's welcoming and makes it more family friendly. They also have a huge menu to choose from food to drinks.

I love Teresitas, been coming here since i was a kid. Can't believe i haven't written a review yet. Their food and smoothies are incredibly delicious, made with the freshest ingredients that bring out authentic flavors. Their customer service is always amazing and they are very helpful. Gotta s/o the workers bc they sure know how to make some good food!What sets Teresitas apart for me is their escamochas. They are the only fruteria that makes them just right--perfectly balanced and bursting with taste. Each bite is a delightful mix of sweetness and freshness, a true treat for the taste buds. Everything there is really delicious i just love me their escamochas.Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or a refreshing smoothie, Teresitas Fruteria is the place to go. Highly recommended. Hits the spot everytime.
