So...the final episode of Shogun and I thought some delicious tonkotsu ramen would take away the sting of Crimson Sky and the end to one of the finest series I've seen in a long time.I ordered off the website -- Brussels sprout tempura (ya know -- healthy) and tonkotsu ramen, and some refreshing furutsuti. The order was ready for me. The ramen broth was rich and complex -- like Toronaga's character, the tempura was crispy and light and the Brussels sprouts tasted good. The dragonfruit furutsuti was a sweet and refreshing counterpoint to the bittersweet ending of Shogun, and while I am sad that it ended, I can be happy that it happened. And while I can revisit the show on repeat, I can also return again to try more delicious Japanese dishes.

New spot. Clean space. Friendly staff.Truffle Ono, Super white tuna, cilantro, red onion, tobiko, truffle ponzu -- my favorite dish for sure. It's the delicate truffle ponzu that does it.Golden Yellowtail Maki, Super white tuna, avocado, crispy onion, topper with Pineapple, seared yellowtail, scallion, and chili soy -- It's fine. Nothing stands out.Spider Maki, Tempura soft shell crab, lettuce, avocado, cucumber, masago, Unagi sauce -- It's fine. Nothing stands out.Sushi Plate B (12 Pieces), serves with miso soup or seaweed saladchoice of California Roll or Spicy Tuna Roll, chef's choice premium cuts of fresh raw fish for nigiri -- decent. The food scientist in me wouldn't get this again for $40. I could see if I was trying to impress or introduce someone into the cuisine (but the AH in me says that those days are over. Ha.)The dishes came out in odd order. I wasn't paying attention. I saturated my tongue with flavors and then the subtle sushi platter came out last. Sigh. Great suburban option.

This is a fairly new establishment which opened a few months ago. I wanted to try this place out as I am currently on the hunt for finding a good ramen spot less than half an hour from home. So far this place has become my go-to if I want Tonkotsu. I got takeout and ordered the Tonkotsu Black Rich Ramen. It consists of pork broth, pork chashu, kikurage, green onion, dried seaweed, seasoned egg, garlic chips, black garlic oil and fried onion. The broth fell flat. The season was there but it was lacking richness and creaminess. Char Siu is slightly better than average. The noodles are a bit too chewy and after a 20-minute car ride, the noodles tend to get soft. Noods stick and clump together which I'm not a fan of. I prefer a firmer noodle that does not do that. I also ordered their Takoyaki (Octopus) balls. It was a solid appetizer with a decent ratio of batter to octopus meat. It was my first time trying this and I really enjoyed it. As mentioned the place is new with a refreshed interior. The last time I went on a weekend, the restaurant was packed for lunch, boding well for its future if they're able to sustain the volume. Pricing is on par with most Japanese restaurants offering similar fare. The restaurant is in a strip mall with a good amount of parking.

A post-COVID experience, in that the menu is set up on an iPad and you don't have a server explaining things. There IS a server who will check in on you, and they are lovely. The food was fantastic and I will be back soon! Beautiful atmosphere and clean space.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out!Their chicken ramen is like no other! Ramen is little simpler than usual, but does not lack in flavor whatsoever.Their broth is rich, chicken is well seasoned, wontons are so flavorful! To top it off their spicy salmon roll was so fresh and buttery. They have great customer service and the owner did not miss! The mango Furutsuti was so fruity and refreshing. Definitely better than most tea spots. Their menu will have you saving this location on your maps! They just opened and are ready to wow you, hurry before the reservations start coming in!

Best drinks!! I would definitely go there for that instead of some bubble teas shop. Ramen felt short, noodles were not the good, and broth not so flavorful.

The food and service were excellent. We each had the Premium Tonkotsu Ramen. We had meals for 2 days. The waiter explained everything from how to order to questions about the dish itself. Next time we're going to try the Sushi. The ambience was Asian modern IMHO. In a large mall so plenty of parking. Think date night any night of the week.

10/10 one of the best ramen places I've been. The restaurant is very clean and modern looking. We were greeted right away and our server was very pleasant. The food is amazing! We ordered miso soup to start with and that was a 10/10! We also ordered chicken teriyaki with white rice and broccoli again 10/10! Our server surprised us with a passion fruit tea wow was that delicious! We will definitely be back to try there sushi rolls and ramen soup next.

First time in, my husband and I love ramen and are always looking for good spots. I think this just became our go-to. It was amazing ramen we got the tonkatsu spicy ramen and pork gyozas and both were amazing. The broth was rich and the noodles were perfection. Service was amazing as well, the water was good, and we came in 30 minutes before close and were greeted with a smile. 100/10

My husband and I ordered take out. He ordered some sushi and I ordered the Chicken Ramen. I see many very good reviews, but we felt the food was pricey for the quality and also the quantity. I would give 3.5 stars, my husband said the sushi had good flavor but I know he went away from the table still hungry, for $18. I have leftover ramen, but it's because I didn't enjoy it as much as others. The ramen noodles were in a brick form, needed to be broken apart, and not a great texture/flavor. Once mixed in the broth, everything else in the ramen was just ok, not something I am going to crave to order again. The one thing that was done really well was the egg, because it was a whole one and well prepared. I especially disliked the raw salad greens in the bowl on top and general complete lack of other vegetables; I found that very strange, and it made me think maybe they ran out of other ingredients. It's possible we just hit an off night, (Sunday), and I know they haven't been open terribly long. I read a lot of the reviews favorably mention the Tonkatsu ramen. We may try it later on, but it will be a while before we go back.
