I've always had my eye on this place and my friend and I were invited to try it!We both got the Pork Bone soup with the sliced and stewed beef. I preferred the stewed beef compared to the sliced but both were great. What attracted me initially to this place is their food presentation. Essentially you get to cook your own hot pot or you can have the employee cook it for you.The broth is so light and refreshing! It's different from your usually Chinese hot pot with tons of spices. The portion is so huge that we had to take some of it home.Lastly, the service was incredible. They were so kind to us and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!

We took my old boss here for her birthday! We got the original beef rice noodles, spicy rice noodles, and the pickled peppers beef rice noodles. They come in individual pots! The noodles and toppings come separately, so you can just add the items you want.I usually go for spicy, but the pickled pepper rice noodle was different and very flavorful. I tried all the broths and they were all tasty! I would love to try their other soup bases next time!

This is my new happy place for comfort food. My go-to is the hot and sour soup with beef and a side of fish filets. This place has "ten seconds" in their name because you want throw all of your ingredients into the bubbling iron pot as soon as it is delivered to your table. I love how it retains heat throughout my meal and I never have to worry about it getting cold (I hate lukewarm noodle soups). The portion is really generous. I normally get appetizers and end up only eating half of my meal. It makes a great leftover and tastes even better the next day! They don't take reservations but there is a Yelp waitlist. For a party of 2, the wait was about 20 minutes. For a party of 7, it was closer to 45 minutes. This restaurant is not very big and it's crowded if you come at peak dining hours. Best to eat a little early or a little late. The service staff are all very polite and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and the restroom is very clean.I highly recommend this restaurant if you like rice noodles in your personal sized hot pot.

Pork bone soup was great for the kids, I liked the tomato, reminded me of bun rieu broth. All the different toppings allowed you to put in what you want to eat and leave out the stuff you don't like. Generous portions!Fried chicken was ok, but definitely order the fried milk! Loved the free water bottles at the table.

A very different kind of noodle place. We each got huge, hot bowls to ourselves that we cooked a well measured amount of meat in and free sides to share. The whole place was filled with asians, so we knew we'd be getting a good experience. Haha we were right! After we were finished, we all admitted that our bowls reminded us of doggie bowls but what was in it was pleasant, filling and healthy. I recommend this place wherever you want a piping hot bowl of noodle soup. Parking and seating are limited, so avoid prime time or come with patience.

I have been here twice so far and love the concept -- it reminds me a lot of tasty pot or boiling point with the individual portions for hot pot, except this is a big bowl of hot boiling noodle soup.I tried both the pork bone broth and tomato broth with sliced beef. Out of those two, I like the pork broth the best. They also have an option with stewed beef too, if that's preferable. Once you order through their app, they bring out the broth, proteins you ordered, and the individual side dishes that you add to your soup (such as corn, wood ear mushrooms, ham, green onion, etc.) . Depending on your server, they'll tell you the order in which the items should go into the pot. Last time I was here, I shared the popcorn (fried) chicken which I thought was really good. It reminded me so much of high school when I'd order the cheap milk tea & popcorn chicken combo.Parking can be tough especially if you come during busy times. The parking lot itself is small as it is shared with a few other businesses, but there's plenty of free street parking in the area too. The place itself is also small, so I could imagine that people usually have to wait to get seated. Prices are also reasonable too! Looking forward to trying a new soup base next time.

Ten seconds is all you need to enjoy delicious, bouncy noodles, served Yunan-style! This is one of the Chinese region's most famous dishes and is also known as "Crossing the Bridge" noodles. It's made quite the splash in the SGV dining food scene! You choose your soup base (pork bone, tomato, spicy or hot and sour) as well as accompanying meat (pork chop, stewed beef, sliced beef) and from there, the dish is served to you boiling hot in a hot bowl along with other toppings and veggies. From there, you add your noodles and toppings and eat it while it's fresh. The noodles are among some of the bounciest you'll try with a nice chew and its variety of accompaniments were great its well. I ordered this with the tomato soup and it was pretty good, although I would've liked it to be a tad bit sweeter. The restaurant is small but its workers are efficient and attentive. It can get crowded during peak dining hours so there may be some wait, especially if you have a larger party. Since my husband and I were just a party of two, we didn't have to wait and were seated up against the wall in their bar-style seating.

Really great, flavorful, quick service noodle restaurant. This place was a nice surprise to discover in the neighborhood. There are 4-5 main soup bases to choose from, comes with various side dishes to add into your soup with a giant bowl of noodles to add. It's a lot of food for one person or a perfect meal to share with two people. The fried milk with condense milk was amazing to order as well. Got the hot and sour soup base which had a nice kick. Definitely will come back, it would be a great meal to have during the winter.
