The best kept secret in The Valley. All of the locals in Verrado know this place very well, but I think it's a little off the beaten path. However, its well worth the drive to Verrado to sample the cuisine here. Their steaks are legendary, and the pasta is great too. I had the chicken French, which is an excellent lightly breaded chicken breast with wonderful seasonings, served with mashed potatoes. My wife had the fresh halibut, which was just outstanding. Comes with a choice of sauce, and she tried the lemon caper sauce as well as the champagne tarragon, and they were both very good. They have other seafood selections as available, and I also enjoy the meatloaf on occasion, and the short ribs are my go to on most nights. We were one of the first customers when they opened probably ten or more years ago, and have been there regularly ever since. Say hi to the chef and owner Steve, and ask for our favorite server, Edgar. As you can tell, we love this place!

We moved to Buckeye three years ago. Tempo Bistro was one of the first restaurants we tried. The food wasn't to our liking and the service unacceptable. We stopped going. A couple of months ago a neighbor encouraged us to try Tempo. We went to dinner with them. Our dinner and service was the best We returned to Tempo a couple of times on our own and then dined with guest. Every dining experience perfect.Last night, I invited two other couples to join us at Tempo. It was the first day of Restarted Week. The Restarant was hot. We asked that the slide wall be closed. The waiter closed one of the doors, it was still hot. We are what we could of our meals and took our desert home. The food was absolutely the worst served. The food was tasteless and cold. The filet was the only edible item served. One guest had burnt meatloaf to the point it couldn't be cut. Now what chef would send a cold burnt anything out? The creamed seafood dish, served cold, was tasteless. The bourbon pecan pie, dry and difficult to chew. My advice, do not go for restaurant week. This dining experience won't deter my husband and I from eating at Tempo. One bad dining experience can happen. We certainly will wait until the weather is cooler. We will select menu items that are on their regular menu.

They're definitely not as good as they used to be. My mom and I went at lunch and had the wings, bruschetta and a Reuben sandwich. The olive tapenade bruschetta was not good at all and neither of us finished ours. However, the traditional one was good. The Reuben was just ok. The corned beef was cold and the sandwich was more soggy than crispy. The wings were just meh and the fries were ok. We both much prefer the Verrado Grille when in that area for lunch. I'd give their dinner another try since it's been awhile since I've been in there for dinner. The place is nice and the service was good; the food is just subpar.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem. Great food and ambiance. The portion of the fish and chips is amazing! The lobster Mac had beautiful chunks of lobster with every bite. The only reason I could not give a 5 star review is because our server was on his phone out in the open multiple times and our waters were not filled when emptied. I saw all the workers on their phones, snacking, or reading a book.

Not sure why every time I stop by (lunch now starts at 3) the hostess spends ten minutes in the app to say sorry you can sit outside. There are ten staff standing inside yet they don't want to work. Clearly empty photo. Ask anyone and they will tell you this is the typical experience. Just a thought seat people and the place may fill up. There are four new restaurants being built across block away. So this place will be in trouble. Of course we left. The restaurant next door is packed and yes folks sitting outside.

Stopped in today for HH, it's a neighborhood favorite and the chef owner is so talented. We ordered the flatbread and it had the most perfect chew, so savory! We did the Thai wings and they were amazing as well. Service at the bar was five stars. The vibe was incredible!

Drinks are okay. Food was very cold on arrival. Do not order crab cake. Also food is pretty overpriced for what you get. Staff is friendly though.
