Came on a Saturday night for after dinner drinks. Absolutely stunning decor! It's inside of the Americano. Super cool they just push a wall and you go down stairs. There was a live band and the music was really good. It's definitely a whole vibe. Make sure to book reservations far in advance. The drinks were amazing and STRONG lol. I had their version of an old fashioned. It was delicious. Perfect for sipping. Service was also great. Our waitress was kind and checked on us frequently.

I was so excited to try this new speakeasy in Scottsdale. Tell Your Friends wasn't too difficult to find thankfully, just through the Americano and down some dark stairs. The decor really transports you to a F. Scott Fitzgerald novel from the seating to the large beautiful bar that takes up one wall.I got the Flapper Fizz which had vodka, apple, vanilla, amaro, lemon, champagne in it. It was absolutely delicious and I was tempted to get another, if not for the steep price. I also tried the Korean Fried chicken which came with three strips and some ranch. While it was very tasty, I do think it would have tasted even better with hot honey offered as a side. I do wish there were more dairy-free options (however this did not affect the scoring), and hope as the business gets more established they will expand their menu. They have a vegan popcorn option but as someone who needs protein, I can't live just off that. I also think they should always be playing jazz, Frank Sinatra, etc. While we were there, they were playing something akin to prom music that did throw off the ambiance. We left before a band started, so perhaps they were there to play music that fit the vibe better. Overall, I loved going for the vibe and the drinks. It is a fun, new place that is great to go with friends for a unique experience. I think the price could be a big deterrent for many, however, and it seems like just a place to go once to see what it is like.

My wife and I went here on a Thursday evening and had a great time. We had a reservation and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were friendly and provided good service. We didn't notice any sewer smell as others mention in previous reviews. THough there was some incense/deodorizer smell similar to most upscale hotel lobbies. It was pleasant, and if they're trying to cover up other smells, we couldn't tell. It was the first night of their "new" food menu that's trying to differentiate between the standard Americano menu. We had the burrata, oysters, and chips/dip. All were good, but the buratta was our favorite. The cherry mustarda topping on it was delicious! For dessert we had the passionfruit parfait. It was light, refreshing and reminded us of a dessert we would order in Hawaii. The drink menu has a variety of signature creative drinks, standard traditional drinks, and a selection of beer and wine. Our signature drinks were unique, looked, and tasted great! The band came out around 8pm and covered several modern pop songs with a jazz twist. They take requests, had good energy, and are enjoyable to watch or listen to in the background. Tell Your Friends has a really cool atmosphere, with great food and drink options. We'll definitely be back again soon!

I loveddddd this place. I have been dying to try it and finally made a reservation for a Saturday night at 11 pm. They play live music until 10 pm and the DJ starts at 11. They were playing very goodMusic all night and mixed it up for everyone to enjoy. We sat at the bar, the bartenders were great. I got an espresso martini and it was strongggg but good. Then I got the tequila based drink on the menu, without Serrano which was also tasty! I will be back! The ambience and aesthetic are everything.

Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, Tell Your Friends is a speakeasy that impeccably captures the glamour and mystique of the Roaring Twenties. Inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic novel, "The Great Gatsby," this hidden gem offers an enchanting escape from the modern world, transporting guests to an era of opulence and intrigue. From the moment you step through the inconspicuous entrance, cleverly disguised as a nondescript storefront, you are whisked away into a lavish setting reminiscent of Gatsby's legendary parties. The decor is a stunning blend of Art and inspiration. The food and drinks were exceptionally top notch.

Ultra sexy speakeasy. They had a jazz band, lovely drinks, and food. Loved the Flapper Fizz (vodka, apple, vanilla, and champagne) and Chips & Dips (trio: pimento cheese, smoked fish, french onion).Packed, so make a reservation online, I was glad I did. They are for 90 minutes. It is the Americano's speakeasy. Exterior entrance on the North side of the Americano, or enter through the Americano inside through a discreet door. Hayley our server was very warm and friendly. Really stunning place, attention to detail, and glamorous. FYI you will be paying N. Scottsdale prices.

Came here for my bday celebration on a Wednesday. Personally I love the ambiance, look, music, service and the drinks are awesome. Cocktails roughly in the 21-25 dollar range but worth a shot. Nice and air conditioned especially in the summer makes it a chill place to hang out in a date or with friends. Not sure why this place has lower reviews but I will definitely return back. Shout out to Hayley for her wonderful service!

My friend and I made reservations here a few weeks ago and we're very excited to try it out. We had seen all the cute reels online about it and were thrilled to see what it would be like. When we got there we were escorted down stairs into what would be like a room during the prohibition. It was beautiful and the vibe of the place was great, but everyone seemed older. We are in our 20's if that helps. The prices are not online so you can not look to see before. The drinks were around 25 dollars each and honestly were a bit over priced, considering one could get almost the exact same drink at a nice restaurant/bar anywhere else in scottsdale for 18 dollars. They also only serve appetizers and it is a strange menu. We spent 25 dollars on a tiny can thing of "fancy" chicken tenders... On the check it literally said chicken tenders. When we got our check we were shocked to see that each person is charged 5 dollars for a live music fee. They were not even playing the whole time! Honestly I thought it was overrated and would only come back for a big celebration or if someone else was paying. Overall it is slightly overrated and you could probably find the same thing in downtown phx with cheaper drinks.
