Hi I recently came in this week and this girl provided great customer service.I came in Tuesday morning her name was ximena I couldn't decide what drink to get and she gave me great options I ended up ordering a blended taro tasted really well definitely recommend, and staff was very welcoming.I will definitely come back and she also recommended me the chicken that tasted amazing will for sure get again!

They went way down in score from the first time we came here. Yes, granted they have one of the best taro milk teas I've had in a while, but the service lately has been so horrible since our first experience. We came here a few other times and have not gotten a single Hello as we entered the establishment. One time we had the guys making our drinks while they push their hair back and touch the cups again. We also have sat there without any greeting what so ever. I don't know, I guess you have to be from a specific ethnicity to be greeted and treated. That made us feel so horrible to be ignored this way, even when we were standing right in front of you and still had not gotten a hello. If that doesn't scream rude and disrespectful, I don't know what does. Seems this family business needs to train their people on common courtesy. I will no longer be supporting this business.

I've come here before and it's been ok. But today I came in and ordered 2 boba drinks. Then we waited TWENTY minutes! I finally walked up and asked about our order and it seems the male employee (Nipalm) never sent it to the boba maker person. So they kicked it into gear and got our order. Never an apology, never an offer for a refund, nothing. In fact, the girl told him that he'd missed it and he laughed about it. I watched the exchange. It was all that more infuriating to see how little they cared! Will not be coming back. I even met the girl know I would be leaving a bad review and she said ok. So here ya go.... Ok!

Super cute spot. Trendy, IG worthy pic spots. They have games in the back you can play at your table, a foosball table and a mini claw machine. Loved it upon entry. So why no 5 stars, this was tough. The drinks were not good. Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was powder. Maybe I am just used to the real Vietnamese coffee and how it's made but it was disappointing. Magonada, ok this one was even more disappointing. I asked the girl at the counter which was better the magonada or Sandia loca (bc I love both mango and watermelon). She recommended the magonada, then I literally said to her "oh fresh mango bits okay yes I'll get that". I get my drink and it had NO mango. I figured they forgot so we brought it up to the counter and then she said "oh we are out of mango bits". Uh, that was the reason I got it. How can you not tell someone that after you heard what I said. So basically it was just mango slush. Lastly, we ordered the egg waffle. After about 30 min we asked for it, figured they also forgot. The guy told us it was being worked on and apologized because something went wrong with the machine when they made the first one so it didn't come out well. He brought out the "good" one and the one that didn't come out well (fyi I was crunchy and hard). He was very polite and apologetic but unfortunately even the good one came out a tad on the over cooked side too.

Found this on our way back to our hotel and it was perfect for the 100 degree day. Walked in to such a cute and clean shop. Loved the ambiance and the vibe. The service was alright. Very slow and the young man who helped us seemed like he was tired, bored or just didn't want to be there. We got a matcha slush and the phx sun. The matcha slush was very strong in the matcha. I got less ice and less sugar for the phx sun drink and it was still way too sweet. Love how the cup has a little message on it. Very cute.

Very cute and welcoming spot to enjoy some refreshments! A great menu offering colorful and flavorful drinks and a light variety of apps and sweet treats.The staff was friendly and I noticed how patient they are explaining their menu to other patrons who came in to place an order.You can also place your order ahead of time through their site.

This place is so cute and they have a HUGE menu. I highly recommend it. Mine and my husbands drinks were both very good and they made them quick. Reasonably priced. My tea was pretty sweet and next time I'd adjust how much sweetener they put in it.

Very beautiful place, so clean, and has a good price compared to other places. I love to come here to get my favorite drink, the only place that makes fresh avocados smoothie with Boba.Highly recommended

The overall appeal of the restaurant is chic, uplifting, and positive. The staff have awesome attitudes and the customer service is phenomenal, the hot food option definitely "bussin", the Baos(pork buns) smackin for reals! I'm definitely coming back. Also it gives me home vibes, I just moved here from California, so thank you for this.

This place is so cute!! The servers were very friendly and helpful. My drink came out quickly, barely had time to sit and wait. I got the thai milk tea with boba and it was delicious! Prices aren't bad either. They have lots of options for flavors and types of boba. Can't wait to try more flavors!
