Tea Land

I ordered via UberEats for pick up and was pleasantly surprised that it said my order would be done in 7-8 minutes (the time it took me to drive to pick up my order). When I arrived my two Thai teas (one with boba, one without) were ready and on the counter. The fried chicken took a little longer (and I presume that was because the workers wanted to make sure it wasn't cold). The decor in here is also so cute, but I'm not sure it really matches all that much. Seating is limited but this is def a place you might want to just take your items to-go. Pricing wise it was a bit more expensive than other boba shops in the valley - and I wish items were more customizable, but I was glad that the items were fresh. Be warned though, the Thai tea here is very very sweet.

The workers are very polite, quick turnaround. Cute shop, would definitely come back to try other teas.

We went back a few days later and will be regulars! As a point of constructive criticism, instead of noon, could you open at 11am? Would be nice for early lunch.

It was weird heading over to TeaLand since we came from up north so that meant we drove through a very heavy industrial area. I was actually thinking TeaLand would be in a warehouse or something. Imagine my surprise when we came across this little town. Hello, TeaLand!I had the Peachilicious drink and shared a lobster roll. The drink was decent, the fries tasted quite similar to McDonald's, and the lobster roll itself was quite good. They only sell their lobster rolls Fri-Sunday so plan accordingly.TeaLand is a great place and seems to be a local hot spot. I wish them much success!

TeaLand: Heaven is a cup of freshness.You can't say Instagram ads don't work because it worked on Joyce W. She saw an ad on Saturday night, and here we are on a Sunday. Joyce was sitting with her Peachilicious drink and eating her $25 lobster roll, not a care in the world while I sipped on a Strawberry Dream. The fries here taste a lot like the McDonald's fries and the lobster roll, while smaller in size, was full of that lump meat. It had good flavor, and lobster roll lovers would not be disappointed. They only sell lobster rolls Fri-Sun. I will say that the Peachilicious was nothing to write home about, but I'm pretty happy with my Strawbery Dream drink. It gave me the Jamba Juice vibes but more sugary and icy and not as creamy.TeaLand is a big and clean space. Music can be a little loud but it's not something I'll dock them on. They have boardgames here too and are great for groups. Come on by and support this local business.

This place offers the trending drinks that are very popular in Vietnam. The Blooming Lotus tea is very strong and the lotus seeds are delicious. Ninja Smash has an authentic Vietnamese flan cake with Milo chocolate mix. I feel like I am in a Highland Coffee shop with those drinks. The instant noodle with crawfish is also delicious; it would be a nice drinking food. However, it took over 25 minutes for the food to come out.It is quite far away from East Valley, but I would still come back here for those authentic drinks.

This is a brand new Boba place. So happy they opened it in this area. The restaurant is small but very clean. All of the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Their menu has a lot of different choices. They do have nice variety of smoothies from fresh fruits not powders. They do carry almond and soy milk as a replacement for dairy. You can adjust sweetness and ice levels.

We didn't sit inside for long. The smell was just very unpleasant. The drinks themselves were just ok. The service was nice but overall I don't think I'd go back.

Location is nice and drinks are good. Been a few times. Quick service. Nice place to hang out.
