This place will always have my heart. It was my everyday usual lunch spot for almost a year when I went to clover park tech. My favorite menu items were the seafood noodle and can't forget, the garlic chicken wings. Best chicken wings hands down. The price are lower than other places and still is. Don't let this little strip mall environment stop you from trying this place out. It is a hidden gem! I miss the previous lady who used to work at the register. She's been gone for a minute, but every now and then when I'm reminded of this place, I think of her.

If I could do negative stars I would. Went for garlic chicken and there was a fried roach on my chicken just disgusted

The saving grace of the B&I. The diamond in the rough. Their chicken wings are AMAZING. Literally life changing. I've also tried a couple of other things on the menu and it's okay you get what you pay for. But the wings are a different story, they are so good and very cheap!Update: I just tried the spicy beef and it's really good. It's a sweet and spicy flavor.

Garlic chicken is our go to finger food. Very crunchy but sometimes gets too dry. Tried their seafood soup and it wasn't as spicy as the lady described it would, very disappointed.

Three words.GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS.

The garlic wings soooo good!!!! You need to wait like 10 more mins but even I ordered Togo and drove back to home for 15 mins it still so crispy and yummy!!!! Highly recommend. Btw I just ordered one almond fried chicken but they gave me soooo many pieces so lucky！5 stars!

Yeah so this place doesn't have outside pictures because it's inside of a shopping center.Anyways, I got vegetable fried rice and I've got to say, out of everything I've tasted since studying in China 8 years ago, this is the closest I've had to what we used to eat every day from our favorite street vendor. It's way better than any fried rice you can get from any other place in the states. Something about the char from the wok, the sauce they mix in, and the consistency of the cooked egg.For sure would recommend venturing into this shopping center and finding this place. Also they don't take card so bring cash or use the atm machine. Employees were cool too, accommodated me being vegetarian.

Those garlic wings are something very unique and made with love....i never had wings better than those from a restaurant....

Super friendly service and obviously a family ran business. Food is consistent and tastes for American style Chinese food. I love the B &I and come to eat at this restaurant often.

I've been going here for over 10 years. They survived recessions pandemic and inflation. I am fully convinced it's because they have consistently good food. I've never been disappointed. Their fried rice always hits the spot it reminds me of the Midwest/East coast fried rice. My favorite is the Chinese sausage. The garlic chicken wings are consistently delicious. Their wonton soup is super flavorful. It hits the spot after a late night. Please don't let the location deter you from trying this local gem.
