Food - you cannot go wrong with any item on the menu. Every item is hearty, delicious, and interesting. Portions are very generous. Not the cheapest place you can go for lunch but the quality is unmatched in my opinion. The pastries are extraordinary too so definitely treat yourself to something sweet for dessert! My favorite is the pistachio croissant. Service - very efficient ordering at the counter and seating yourself after. Time to get your items depends on the rush but I've never had an issue. Ambiance - the Boylston st location is bustling and you get a nice view of passers by for people watching! Mix of folks chatting, working, etc. Very vibrant space.

This is always the spot my son came when I came to Boston .Food is good.But, the cashier a guy gave us such face & very rude today. Restaurant should really enhance the training to teach them manner..We already experience racist way when they talk with us.He is really rude to me, and immediately call next white customer- honey, what do u want today ?come on, it is so rude

Dropped by here in the am to meet my cousin for coffee. Beautiful location, the pastries are always scrumptious here. I tried the pistachio latte this visit. It's not as good as I've had elsewhere, but still ok. I did appreciate that the barista made it with care.

The line was long, but quickly moved along. We got some food and drinks. The food was amazing and very filling. The drinks were also great. I was surprised how quickly the food came out when we ordered! Would love to come again!

Coffee was surprisingly great. Was visiting town and stumble across this place which was conveniently located access the park. Food was very good, only thing I would say - the scramble eggs do need to be cooked more. Everything else was very good. Place is very busy - what's nice is that one you order they bring your food to the table. Finding a table might be difficult depending on the time.

The food was delicious and fresh! I ordered the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich that came with Avocado, Tomato, Bacon and Cheese. It was so yummy. My boyfriend ordered the Breakfast Platter in which he didn't like the taste of the potatoes (slightly bitter aftertaste).We also ordered pastries - I ordered the Strawberry Turnover - and it was amazing!!The bakery was very clean and quiet and the service was pretty good despite the long morning rush hour lines. So glad I stopped by during my stay in Boston!

This is the second time I've been to Boston and no trip is complete without a visit to Tatte. I ordered a black sesame latte and a breakfast croissant sandwich with sausage and both were phenomenal. The space is so open and inviting with great natural light and I could def have spent hours studying or doing work here if I was a local. All I know is I definitely will be back.

Maybe you should try to hire a couple more baristas because the morning rush is stressful on them! The croissant sandwich was very deliciously made with avocado, tomato, and arugula. There's an option to add sausage so we did. The regular breakfast sandwich on sour dough is not really anything to write home about. It's rather plain and lacking any kind of sauce. I ordered without cheese (not a dairy allergy just a slight intolerance), and the sandwich was pretty plain. Coffee was delicious as always. Even though it was super busy and the line to order was long, it moved super quickly!

i liked the matcha here but i do prefer it to be sweeter. i had to come back and ask for it to be sweetened but some of the workers looked like they could not care less about my request. the atmosphere is so great with its big windows and white aesthetic. i've come to tatte multiple times during my visit to boston, and i'd come back to try their pastries if i could.
