Great selection of products and good customer service! I love the new location. I frequently pick up lots of chocolates and sweet treats there for myself and my family. They have a great bakery that also serves lattes, for really great pricing-- be sure to pick up a croissant, they are so delicious! The store is clean and the shelves are also well stocked.

On several occasions, I've been overcharged. The prices are marked, but you get charged differently, so unless you notice and say something you can end up paying even double. Why is this happening so often at this store, does it only happen to me because I'm not speaking the same language as they do in this store, or does this happen to everyone?Management should look into this, or perhaps this is just the way they do business.

I wish they had a store in Kirkland. I happened to go to Kent and see this store. I hd only five minutes and never made it to see the entire store, but got some cabbage rolls and chicken patties on the go. Also got some pastries and my mouth watered seeing all the goodies they had in the bakery/deli section. Everything tasted so good! I will definitely make the effort to go by again soon.

It's been years since I came to this area, so I was happy to stop by in hopes to get some fresh pastries on a Saturday. They had a full assortment of baked good, as well as other prepared food. I was surprised to see much more variety of European produce than I remember. I was in a rush, so didn't get to look through everything, but I'm hoping to be back very soon. Amazing selection of snacks, marinated, kielbasa, tea and candies. They even have the old school soviet syrki (sweet farmers cheese in chocolate glaze) for $0.99, a pack of pelmeni for $3.49, fresh bread...I was also pleasantly surprised to see their customer service improve. The lady helping me was patient and friendly, not what you're used to at a typical Russian/euro store around Seattle. Great little store with LOTS of selection and affordable pricesUpdate:Wow! I wish there were extra stars to give! Stoped by after a long time since I was in the area for work, decided to show this gem to my coworkers and let them try chebureki. To my surprise, the store has expanded its selection, there is just so much going on that I could hardly contain myself. More selection than I've seen in any other Russian/European stores around WA. Too bad its so far from my house, I would definitely frequent here. If you're looking for salami or Russian pickled veggies, fish, cheese, this is your spot. They also have a variety of baked good, including cakes that I haven't seen anywhere else. All at reasonable prices. Hope to see more places like this open up in north Seattle area as well.

I went to this store three times because I'm a sucker for Swedish cake. I'm not sure dealing with all the rude employees at this store is worth the trouble. I've yet to meet a person in this store who is courteous or welcoming. It's a cold place with zero customer service unless you're Ukranian. They smile and talk with customers who speak that language, as I've personally observed. It's really odd. Almost like they don't like Americans. Maybe it's just me. Make up your own mind. The Swedish almond came is awesome, though.

I'm Giving this store a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. First of all the product is always expired or a month away from expiration. The owner oksana and her husband are extremely rude and have no manners when it comes to basic human decency. Not only do I spend hundreds of dollars at their store, I come home and half of the stuff has either mold or has a funny expired taste. Would 100% not recommend this store, spend your hard earned money at a location that values what they are selling and have manners.

They don't have any customer service. I got rude treatment from the skinny lady with brown low ponytail that spoke Ukrainian for speaking in Russian. They overprice everything in their store compared to other Russian/Ukrainian stores in the area like this one that sell the same stuff. And I noticed they mark some of their items from Ukraine when they aren't from Ukraine.
