Best carnitas tacos. It's either here or Carnitas Michoacán on Beacon. I can't bring myself to order anything else, even though I want to try it all.

I love the Pozole here! It comes with cabbage, lime, cilantro and spice. This huge amount of food hits the spot on a cold day. Service is great, plenty of seat and free street parking. Check them out

Best tacos in town! My family and I go there at least twice a month and here is what we love. The steak tacos are a must. The carnitas tacos are my favorite because the pork has a little crisp. My youngest gets the rice and beans as she is under a year old. Finally, I get to enjoy the fried tilapia on special occasions. The fist takes about 25 mins to cook so if you order this, please be patient. Love the salsa bar with radishes and pickled carrots. Give this place a try!

For years I've been buying a bean and cheese burrito here. It cost $5.50. I usually add sour cream for $.50 and rice for $.50 more. That brings the total for the burrito at $6.50 before tax. Today they tried selling me the same burrito for $15.50. Mind you there is no meat, just beans and cheese and I add rice and sour cream. I don't know what's wrong with this place or why they think they can all of a sudden charge that much but I'm not paying that much for bean a rice burrito.

For all the reviews saying the food was too salty, you don't go to a street taco place expecting it to be low on sodium. Especially from reviewers who don't have any experience with food from other cultures. Sorry not sorry for anyone who leaves bad reviews on small mom and pop shops. But even with that being said... I believe the food was seasoned perfectly. *chefs kiss* We frequent the close by taco trucks often, but now this spot is definitely my new all time fave!!!! The carne asada is like ranchera style and the tripas was crispy to perfection! Not to mention the salsas were a good spice!DO NOT skip the Caldo De Res!!!! If I was Latina.. these flavors are definitely what I would expect from home cooked dishes. The chili powder that comes with this is spicy so add sparingly. This will definitely be my new street taco spot and whenever I need more Caldo De Res in my life! Will be recommending this spot to everyone!

I ordered a chicken burrito and it was so salty I couldn't even eat anymore after just 2 bites and tossed it. I should have taken it back to them and tried something else but that would have been a hassle.

I've driven past this place a lot, so I'm glad I finally stopped in to check it out. They are open during COVID for dine in or take out.Los Potrillos means "The Foals" or baby horses, which explains the horse motif on their signs and walls. I'm not quite sure why this location is #4, but they do operate two taco trucks in addition to this restaurant. They have a huge photo menu posted above the register, which is kind of cheesy, but also very helpful in case you don't know what you want. I ordered the Combo Tacos, which is three tacos (your choice of meat), refried beans, and rice. The food was ok, but maybe a little too salty for my taste. They offer free chips here, which is really cool and they taste great. They live in a little warming station and you can help yourself. They also have a free salsa bar.The lady at the register was nice and someone brought our food to our table. They also bus your table when you are finished.

Los Potrillos never disappoints - love everything we've had there , and their salsas and sauces are fresh and delish. Prices are very reasonable - just go in or call, rather than use Uber Eats or DoorDash to get best pricing.

Delicious, fresh tacos (asada, pastor, birria, and tripa), fresh limes/radishes, wonderful salsas. Wish I lived closer!

This is a great spot to order from with Uber Eats. I haven't had much chance to get out there, but the food was great. They have frequent sales on Uber Eats, so watch for them.We had the great burritos and the tacos, they tasted really authentic and we loved the green sauce as well. I do need to get out there sometime I know, but if you are not able to get out this is a good choice in the delivery scheme of things.
