Taqueria La Quebrada

Best pastor tacos I've had in the Washington area! They actually taste very authentic to street tacos in Mexico and it's delicious!! It's a 30 min drive without traffic from me but it's definitely worth it. I will definitely continue to take the long drive for this food truck.

When I tell you, you will not find a better taco truck in Seattle, I ain't lying. This place is consistent and soooooo delicious. I have come almost every week since the first time I visited. The owners are super friendly and so passionate about their food.CASH ONLY.I love that they open late, serve fresh rotating pastor tacos, and have a large menu with so much variety. I highly recommend trying them out, our favorites are their Pastor Tacos, Buche Tacos, Cabeza Tacos, Lengua Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos y Tortas, and more.We also enjoy their fresh juices too, love their horchata, y aguas(fruit juices). Their salsas are delicious, I LOVE THEIR Habanero one, spicy but flavorful, red salsa and green salsa. All delicious!This place hands down the best taco truck, I highly recommend them!Call ahead, if its super slow they sometimes close a little early. But usually open at the listed times.

I came to try their al pastor tacos because I heard they use a trompo. Alas, there was no trompo to be found when I went, but the al pastor was still great. Very flavorful, a little heat. They also had some great salsas. This just might be my favorite al pastor in Seattle. If you are near White Center, this is a definite must try. If you're not, it's worth the drive to try.

This place blows the other Mexican taco trucks in the area out of the water in my opinion - though I also frequent those other trucks as well. Usually on Saturday evenings La Quebrada has fresh-as-can-be al pastor tacos that they serve to you right off of the spit - conveniently setup directly in front of the truck. I've ordered the steak quesadilla, carnitas tacos, and chicharon tacos which are unique to this truck (pretty sure the other trucks around don't make those). All food was absolutely delicious! Give it a try!

One of the better taco trucks in the area. The accommodations are Spartan. A tarp to keep the rain off and a few lawn chairs and log stumps to sit on and eat your tacos. The menu is hand-written with a felt pen. The menu is simple, basic taco truck fare. The main attraction is their pork tacos, probably the best on 'taco row' on 14th Ave sw.They cook the pastor on a rotisserie, slice it off to order per taco. Something you don't see often but it makes the pastor infinitely better. Their carnitas are also very good. The rest of the menu is fine but nothing to distinguish them from any other taqueria. The prices are right.

Authentic al pastor at an affordable price. Grabbed two for 4.29 (incl tax). Had it with some onions and parsley with a grilled jalapeño topped with salsa.Soo good. Why the minus 1 star? They take ONLY cash. Other Taco trucks in the area take cc.
