Randomly found this place on a business trip in Seattle. Was on the way to the airport and wanted tacos like they do here in Los Angeles and Orange County Ca. These tacos were one of the best I've ever had!!

TL;DR: taco truck w the crispiest tripe tacos. Eat food at home at night.Environment: it's next to some mobile homes. Right by the road. At night there are lights around the seating area. that makes it cute, but It doesn't take away from the mobile homes. Just eat it at home. We are only here for the food.Service: when u sit in your car they kinda just look at u from the window lol. So u don't know when it's ur turn... Just gotta guess.Food: the tripe tacos are a must. You have to try. I don't normally like tripe but this tripe is so crispy it's like chicharon in your taco. It's the best thing. Go try it! I wish they would pack it more. The lengua tacos are my second choice now. Luckily lengua is considerably portioned on the Taco. And price hereare considerable. Definitely coming back for the tripas!!

Food was so good and a great portion too. Like everyone said get the crispy tripe tacos!!!! It's so good and flavorful. Wait was a little long but you're getting quality portions and a delicious meal. My only downside were that the salsas were a bit watered down and not as flavorful but you don't really need it with how delicious everything is.

So glad I found this place, they have great tacos! Curious to try their other options next time.Had the asada, carnitas, adobada, and chorizo. The carnitas and adobada were my highlights of the meal. They certainly dont skimp out on the meat portions!Instead of a jalepeno they give you a fried serrano! I went on a super windy day trying to sit outside and eat. My salsa flew everywhere and so did everyone's napkins (not the food trucks fault of course). Probably order to go if the weather is bad. They have little baggies for the salsa bar too.The horchata is my only complaint, pretty powdery on the bottom Only $1.50 a taco!

This food truck was exactly what I was hoping for. The food was authentic and it was served quickly. I had four chicken tacos and a number 11. You can sit outside where several picnic benches are with cover from the rain or you can order to go and take your food with you.

This is a food truck in Tukwila, Washington. The food truck is by a group of hotels close to Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Three tacos will fill up a grown man.

Hungry and in search of tacos. Service is excellent here. They are very attentive and provide what you need in a timely fashion. Self serve salsa bar available with a wide variety of fresh salsas, lime, and chili peppers. Ordered the birria tacos. They were a bit greasy and not as crunchy due to the oil. If you need to relieve your quick taco fix. This is def the place to go.

BEST lil taco trunk south of Seattle if you love tripe, lengua and cabeza tacos! Their TRIPE TACOS just hit different: crispy and nutty. Been here 5+ times and love their BIRRIA DE RES too,with enough birria to heat up for lunch the next day. The lady taking orders is sweet Tip well and keep this gem around!

The Asada & Birria taco's & horchata we're delicious. Great customer service, quick to the window! The outdoor seating on a nice sunny made for the perfect lunch !

Would have rated higher but received wrong order on second visit. Ordered shrimp with garlic and got an orange colored spiced shrimp dish. it was ok but not what i ordered. prices are high but food is decent. salsa not very good. chips are good but nothing good to put on them.
