Tacos are good, they aren't the best tacos I've had but not bad at all. The horchata did disappoint a bit. I like mine a little creamier/thicker but this is a little watered down. It all depends on your preference though. I'd come here again, I'd just get a jarritos instead of the horchata.

OMG this is good! I'm a food snob so this review doesn't come litely. I think this is one if not the best $12 meal I've had.

Definitely best Tacos in the the surrounding Seattle area. My sister and I were searching for some good authentic Mexican tacos and we scored the jackpot with Taqueria Guadalajara. We ordered 8 tacos, a quesadilla, and horchata. All of the meat was cooked to perfection. Best tacos de tripa that I have ever had ! I will always recommend this little taco truck to anybody who asks for a good food spot. Worth the 25 minute drive from Seattle. Prices were VERY reasonable.

Love, love, love!! They have really good tacos and horchata. I'm always skeptical about getting tacos from a taco trucks because sometimes they are really greasy. This is soooo good! I've been couple times and it's great! You have to get horchata with your tacos!

Taco galore! Humble hole in the wall. Good pricing for good quality. I have been here a lot of times and it never disappoints!

Great tacos ! And tripa is the best as they really make it crispy !Sucks there is no phone to place orders . You have to personally go and order .But they do have a little heated seating area, sell orchata, sodas , and more .Good tacos for lunch in front of my work

My car got towed. I had to go pay the man at Mary's 317$, leaving me with just enough to get some tacos for comfort while I sulked about being robbed.First choice, carnitas tacos (duh) but they weren't serving that this particular day. So I opted for chicken tacos. (View the photos) Anyway,I have many regrets about the way I chose to spend my last 15$. My tacos (and my bfs) were literally seeping grease. Both tortillas on each taco were completely saturated through.But one time I ordered a carnitas burrito and it was fire. I guess it just wasn't my day. Poor me.

Great place for tacos, burritos, and horchatas. The horchata was not too sweet and not too strong. The tacos were good, not too oily/greasy but could have more meat. Got indoor seating and the food was affordable.

Eat here pretty often one of my favorite taco trucks. My go to meat is beef on tacos, mulitas, sopes, or torta. Beef is juicy and has a good seasoning, rarely maybe a different cut is chewy and low on flavor but most of the time it's top notch, beats any Mexican restaurant! Eat while it's fresh, don't think it home!

Man I can't say enough good things about this taco truck. Gotta love a ten item menu. I'm a gigantic fan of the #1 street tacos with chiles torreados and avocado but recently a new favorite is the #10 mulitas plate. Adobada all the way. No frills and none needed. If you are cruising through RV row (lol) on 99 between Everett and Lynwood and see this place in front of Mary's tow and junk yard do yourself a favor and stop. Seriously this sounds like a joke but the food is just outrageous. Also cheap and the folks running it are quick and cordial.
