After getting food poisoning from this restaurant I spent eight hours in the emergency room because the food poisoning was so bad it gave me colitis which means it affected my colon I will never eat at this restaurant again to get one star because you have to give them one.

This place is relatively close to my church, so it's a quick drive for me to grab lunch on Sundays. Let me just say, I LOVE beef tongue (lengua!). It's soooo goood. For my husband and I, I ordered two beef tongue burritos, and 6 tacos. The total came out to be $23 and some change. The prices have definitely gone up since I last came, but still very delicious! The flavors are good, and you can always get sauces / limes to go with your food. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick, in and out.Note, this place is CASH ONLY.

Given the weather forecast this this weekend, I thought it best to get the run out of the way earlier than later. So I did my little trot around Seward Park before 10. I got home and made some organic, Omega 3 enriched scrambled eggs and some nitrate free turkey bacon. Yum? Whatever.Later that day, we decided to go to the new Target in Renton (which I will NOT be reviewing - Target is Target. Amazing how a brand new store looks just like a 15 year old store.) We want a new TV, I needed some white shoe polish (because apparently there isn't a GD pair of Adidas Grand Prix in white with blue stripes for sale on this PLANET), and a few other things. Somewhere between talking myself out of buying the Issac Mizrahi for Target dress (really cute, but you know that shit is going to fall apart in like a week), the husband talking me out of buying the Tommy Boy/Black Sheep double feature DVD, ("It's the same movie." So true, but still Farley and Spade. I love those guys...) and not finding the TV we wanted, I BECAME FAMISHED. WTF? I totally ate! Fucking aromatic Target pretzels, that's what it was. Or that I had yet to consume a single carbohydrate at 4pm? Whatever. HUNGRY.Anyhoo - I had yet to get to the new/old Tacos El Asadero Bus which was formerly on MLK and Graham but had since moved to Rainier in Renton. I really liked the guy who runs it and wanted MORE STEAK RANCHERO NOW. I could actually taste it. We got:2 orders of Steak Ranchero2 Pollo tacos2 Al Pastor tacos2 Al Pastor mulitas1 cheese quesadilla (para el bebe)1 giant bag of radishes1 giant bag of Zanahorias en Escabeche 2 Diet CokesTotal: $26I filled up on radishes and carrots before we got home, but made the decision to eat myself into an uncomfortable stupor anyway. I could DRINK the sauce in the Steak Ranchero. So fucking good...zesty, spicy, hot, sort of sweet. Probably comes from a can, but what the fuck do I care? I don't. I just want to know what the can looks like.Dollar tacos. Delicious dollar tacos. Also, running in the morning = SUPER HUNGRY ALL DAY. Running in the afternoon = sort of nauseous and able to skip dinner.

The best and most underrated Taco Truck in the South Seattle/Renton area. I love coming here for their tripas and asada tacos. The tripas are always crispy, which is just how I like them. Staff is always friendly. I highly recommend this gem!

This place is a shining beacon of Breakfast Burrito in the darkness of Seattle's usually terrible breakfast burritos. As a California native, I need breakfast burritos to live. They are an essential nutrient, all Californians know this to be true. Trying to find a good breakfast burrito in Seattle is a very difficult task; many would say impossible. They are wrong; the breakfast burrito here is as good as any you would get in the burrito heartlands; the salsa is excellent and the food here honors the city of Seattle and the state of Washington.

Yesterday I went to this taco joint and ordered a bean burro and a cheese quesadilla. When I came home to eat it, I notice that the pinto beans were turning bad or what we say in Spanish, asedos. Then I turn to the quesadilla, i notice that the cheese was not totally melted plus the flour tortilla smelled and taste like everything they cooked on the grill that day, meat, pork and other foods I could not identified.I highly do not recommend this food truck to no one since they cant even know the difference of edible pinto refried beans or bad refried pinto beans.
